Incredible suite, on our arrival we were greeted by Richard, very kind, good explanations on the use of the devices, very available, communication via Airbnb was also excellent with Pierre; responsive and precise in his answers. It's a little cocoon that exudes calm and harmony, we had a wonderful stay, very comfortable bedding, the ceiling height is also very pleasant, it's simple we loved everything! A big thank you and we'll be back!

Marion and Damien are very pleasant and friendly hosts. Damien welcomed us, a warm welcome. The accommodation is great, identical to the photos, you can find the history of the work that has been done, well done again, it's beautiful. Everything was perfectly clean. The setting is calm and soothing, the Seine and the countryside nearby is super nice and very beautiful. Damien responds very quickly and is attentive to the smallest detail. Great stay in this beautiful house, impeccably clean and equipped with everything you need. The peaceful environment, the heated pool and the large fenced garden are perfect for children. We were warmly welcomed by Eugenie and her husband, always available but discreet and with delicate attention (bouquet of roses and peonies on arrival and small local gifts). Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!

We had such an amazing stay here, Valerie is such a wonderful host, who was very thoughtful and attentive to detail, Even leaving us a bottle of alcohol as a gift and being very helpful in making sure we had anything we may need for our stay. The Cottage was gorgeous and the garden was perfect for our dog. Our dog did not want to leave. We loved the heated pool too!. It was the perfect stay. We hope to come back, Thankyou Valerie

Belinda is a great host. Responsive and kind. We were able to arrive earlier than the scheduled check-in and leave much later than what was scheduled, which is very nice! The house is very good with everything you need! Lots of leisure and a very well maintained outdoor area! I recommend it without a problem! Thank you for this stay with friends!

Excellent and very clean accommodation with beautiful garden and swimming pool! Cushions for the hard indoor and garden chairs would have made the stay just a little more comfortable! Excellent destination for those who love peace and quiet!

What can I say about this accommodation... PERFECT! Honestly, being very demanding, even painful because I'm picky, there is absolutely nothing to complain about in Valérie and Loic's accommodation. Clean, carefully decorated, equipped like at home, coffee pods, a bottle of water on arrival and responsive and very nice owners! Small village in a countryside where life is good, we were there for a wedding, we would almost want to come back even if we would have nothing to do in this area. 🤣 We recommended it to the bride and groom and guests living nearby! Thank you to our hosts 😉

The Orangerie is so lovely, such a unique and beautiful space in such a peaceful picturesque place! We loved our stay here the bed was so comfy, we were so relaxed, everything was just perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a peaceful, beautiful location with so much space and activities nearby plus a walkable bakery, and supermarket a ten minute drive away. You definitely need a car if you want to go out and about — but the airbnb itself is perfect for a family break. Tennis, table tennis and a cute pool, plus so much land with bikes to borrow and fruit trees. It was a great spot for us — with two nine year olds and a fourteen year old it’s hard to find somewhere that suits everyone — but this most definitely did. Valerie was so attentive and friendly when needed, very helpful and gave us so much tips, but also left us to our own space. Really enjoyed it and will most definitely be back!!! Brush up on your french for the surrounding area :-) XO

Two weeks in paradise! Maison UMI is a dream. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by its beauty, charm, and tranquility. The house is immaculate. A perfect mix of rustic elegance and modern comfort. Every room is bright, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully appointed, making it a peaceful place to unwind. The pool was a highlight. Pristine, sun soaked, and surrounded by idyllic countryside views. We spent hours floating and relaxing under the blue sky. In a huge secure garden which our mini dachshund enjoyed exploring safely. The location is superb: nestled in picturesque countryside, yet just a short drive from charming villages. With Shops and supermarkets also close by for anything you need. Our host, Sanouchka, was exceptional, warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful, making us feel more like guests in a friend’s home. Bonus delight: adorable geese at the end of the garden added a touch of whimsy. Maison UMI isn’t just a stay, it’s an unforgettable experience.

The pleasure of this location began from the moment of communication with Pierre! He was very kind and immediately suggested several interesting locations and restaurants near the house, which helped us plan our trip perfectly. The house and the territory are incredibly beautiful and cozy, a large oak tree grows above the house, which creates shade and even in extreme heat it is cool in the house. We will remember the pier on the river for the rest of our lives, we do not want to leave it! Sunbathing during the day and a real fire with a glass of wine in the evening - what else do you need for happiness?)) We will definitely come back here this summer, as there are still unexplored locations and restaurants nearby! My wife and I recommend this location for a couple's vacation as well as for a group of best friends!
