Guests have access to the entire condo. Self check-in with keypad. Residence is located in the back of the complex for a peaceful quiet stay. There are two numbered parking spaces located in front of unit. A community pool is in the center of the complex, which is a very short walk. The outdoor shower is great when returning from the beach or pool. The front storage shed contains beach chairs, coolers and bicycles for guest use.

A bright living area features a comfortable seating arrangement with soft cushions. A glass coffee table sits at the center, showcasing decorative items. Large sliding doors provide access to a balcony with an ocean view, while light-colored curtains frame the windows.
