Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Dripping Springs

We stayed at Jeanette’s place for a couple of days as we were in Dripping Springs for our son’s wedding. The place was meticulously clean, the dressing area was perfect with all the amenities needed. We appreciated having a garment steamer available.The place as a whole was spacious and provided all the comforts needed for the occasion. We look forward to coming back someday for a longer stay to visit the family next time.

This is a truly lovely place, near enough to Wimberley but isolated enough that you feel away from it all. It's exactly what we were looking for and I expect we'll return!

We had a great stay at Hunter and Andrea’s place. The beds were comfy, the house was clean and very well furnished with dishes, linens and bathroom products. There was a lot to do in the local area and they had suggestions for recreation and places to eat and drink. They were also probably the most responsive hosts we’ve ever had. We would absolutely book there again.

Julie’s place is a nice little retreat. We were only in town for a short weekend for a wedding, but it suited our needs. I liked the front sun room. I wanted to spend a little more time on the back porch but there were some paper wasps out there. I have them at home, they’re not aggressive but they look scarier than they are. It was very clean and had a lot of kitchen cooking supplies and linens. The master bathroom is really nice with the super deep soak tub. There was a resident deer and butterflies constantly around, but definitely herd the warning of the posting about animals and stuff around the area. We didn’t see any snakes or anything but the grounds would hide them well. We ran into a couple scorpions and yeeted them further into the brush. If we’d stayed a little longer I eventually would’ve put on pants and boots to explore the grounds a little more.

We loved our stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. James was a responsive and helpful host. We experienced a minor kitchen drain issue, but with it being a holiday weekend, he stayed in touch and we found an easy workaround—it didn’t impact our plans at all. We spent a relaxing weekend lounging by the pool and enjoying the beautiful space. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely stay again!

Dotties place was nothing short of AMAZING! My family and I chose Dotties place to celebrate my brother’s 40th birthday and Father’s Day, and it did not disappoint. There was so much to do and see on her 25 acres. The goats, horses, donkeys, and all the other animals added such a fun and interactive element. My niece and nephew had the best time walking around with the goats and exploring the land. The older folks enjoyed laying by the pool and jumping in the water with this Texas heat. It is the perfect little getaway. Dottie was extremely welcoming and went above and beyond to check in with us. Ranch 225 far exceeded any expectations we had! We are already planning a trip back!

BEAUTIFUL location and home!!! Extremely picturesque, feels secluded and private, the bathroom is gorgeous, all the amenities are perfect and George and Kim were amazing hosts, went above and beyond to make sure we were extremely comfortable and had a great vacation.

Truly a comforting and cozy place to stay at! The little kitchen had many appliances provided and we were even able to make a cup of tea and coffee which was super lovely. It’s also placed in a perfect area with plenty of stores and places to eat nearby!

This is such a beautiful apartment building. It’s super clean and modern, and definitely comfortable. I loved my room and stayed here for 4 nights. During my stay I made most of the apartment amenities and bars and restaurants; all within a 10-15min Uber ride away. Shout out to Ryan from the reception desk who’s a lovely bloke – really appreciated his hospitality and friendly vibes. I throughly enjoyed my stay here and would happily stay again. I’d recommend to anyone staying here if they want comfort and convenience. My only slight negative is the road noise from the highway, even at a high floor level it’s still noticeable in the early hours. But then again, I am a light sleeper.

Wow! We loved our stay here so much! Josh and Amiee were so nice, responsive and helpful! They gave great instructions on getting here and also on all check in/check out procedures. Any questions we had, they replied almost immediately. We really needed a restful getaway and this was the perfect place. We loved the pool so much and enjoyed watching all the birds especially. The place was impeccably clean and welcoming! We slept great in the adjustable bed. We had 2 smart TVs to use and the biggest selection of DVD’s we’ve ever seen. The kitchen had everything you could think of and it was so helpful to have a washer/dryer to use. Did I mention the pool? AMAZING! We plan to come back again soon! Great space for a weekend getaway! it was close to everything and Rick was very good communicating instructions. We will be back for a longer visit!

We had such a wonderful time! the condo was clean and smelled great. Bed and pillows were comfy. The balcony had a great view of the deer and courtyard. Zach was very responsive and gave great directions on parking and how to locate the condo. We will definitely return!

If you're looking for peace while feeling the ATX vibes, then this is your place. Zilker park is walkable from there, and then you have tons of great places in S Lamar. Jon is always responsive, and great proactive communicator.

The place was amazing love the view. Host was very helpful, friendly and respectful. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the Austin area.

Great hosts and place!

We had a wonderful stay at Cannon’s place. The location is fantastic with easy and quick access to Barton Springs pool and trails. The studio has all the necessary amenities, is quiet and secure , and has a convenient local store next door. Perfect for a long weekend. Would book again.

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay! The location is private and peaceful, and while it’s a bit far from Austin and all there is to do downtown, it was the perfect escape for our Spring Break weekend. The condo was cozy, with plenty of games and activities. We enjoyed our time on the patio, played pickleball, spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool (or reading by the pool at sunset with the most incredible view), and my animal whisperer son got to feed and interact with the deer on site- a real highlight for him! Thank you, Cheri for a wonderful stay! We hope to be back one day!

The Villa and the facility were very nice and comfortable. The choice of nearby restaurants and markets is sparse to say the least. The onsite Island Grill is only open from Thursday afternoon -Sunday afternoon. Also, if you're hoping for a nearby upscale eatery, don't bother, it's not there. That said, we had a lovely time. Boat rentals are close. Drive slowly near the facility surroundings. Deer are everywhere in the afternoons and evening.

Fell in love with this condo! Very cool building. Loved the concrete ceiling and decor and stylish finishings in this unit. Bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the river in both directions as well as the city skyline. You could see the bat bridge. Was very walkable to restaurants, bars and grocery store right around the corner. Rooftop pool was very nice and serene. Very well stocked had my favorite water and some fun drinks. Also had a curling iron which I very much appreciated with mine breaking in transit. They had everything covered in this place to make you feel comfortable. We really appreciate a well stocked airbnb. Also enjoyed some time kayaking the river. This condo made our Austin trip spectacular.

We enjoyed our stay at this place. We had a few questions as soon as we arrived and Emily was extremely responsive and helpful. The complex was peaceful and we appreciated that they had rackets for us to go play tennis. All the essentials for cooking and enjoying the outdoors were provided. My kiddos also enjoyed the few games and even books to enjoy while we were in the apartment.
