We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Every room is so tastefully decorated with everything you need, the kitchen is amazing and cinema and pool were a hit with the kids. Tim was an awesome host who was very understanding when we had an accident. He also posted our son’s teddy that we left behind. Definitely recommend this beautiful listing!

Amazing stay, perfect location pool was sparking clean and kids loved it. Good quality linen fittings and appliances and well stocked for dishwasher tabs, washing powder herbs and spices, cooking oil etc..Quick drive to Dromana shops or an 800m walk. Lots to see and do. Rye Pier snorkelling was fantastic. , Arthurs seat Eagle cable car very close also Enchanted Adventure Park well worth a visit. House was very clean and comfortable beautiful sea views from kitchen dining and lounge. All in all a great place to stay.

We had an amazing girls' getaway at Ana's stunning house! The property was beautifully maintained and perfectly located. We felt right at home and had a fantastic time. We're already looking forward to returning for another visit, and I'll definitely bring my partner next time. Thanks so much, Ana, for your wonderful hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very accommodating, offered us a last-minute booking with a discount and even allowed a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for us with more than enough room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot spa, and had so much fun with the billiards and ping pong. It was also lovely to arrive to a complimentary bottle of wine, such a thoughtful touch! The property is also pet-friendly, which made it even more perfect for us. Highly recommended. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Debbie’s place. Located on the hills of Mount Martha, near the road running along Mornington Peninsula. It is a short drive to many amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The heated pool (38 degrees) on the top floor, next to the main living area was the highlight. Our entire family was soaked in the heated pool overlooking Safety beach and Arthur’s Seat during the winter weather. Perfect. We were just surprised to see there was some renovation work ongoing at the car porch and lift area, but there was no work or disturbance to our stay, so it did not interfere with our experience.

Felt right at home in this beautiful house. Location is great and they provided all information needed for our weekend away.

Karen was a great host. Checking in on us and making sure everything was ok. She was very quick in her responses. The location of the home was great. Convenient to go to many places in Mornington. The home is very warm and cosy to stay in. A lot of amenities were provided which made staying at the house very enjoyable.

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Marina Vista! The home was so cozy and set up beautifully with furniture and lovely antiques around the home. The view overlooking the Marina is breathtaking! There were local restaurant recommendations that we tried and LOVED! Laura has set up a beautiful home in an excellent location and we can’t wait to come back! 😍

Paul’s place in Mount Martha was absolutely exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with the kindest hospitality. Paul went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home — thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely warm. The home itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The peaceful surroundings, combined with the charm of the house, made it the perfect getaway. What truly made our stay special was Paul’s incredible attention to detail and generosity. You can tell he genuinely cares about his guests. It felt less like a rental and more like staying at a friend’s beautiful beachside home. Highly, highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Evdokia was a warm and welcoming host. The house was just what we needed for the 6 of us. Warm and cosy with plenty of room and all the essentials for a night in. It is also only a few minutes walk to the beach and local shops which was great. We had a lovely stay.

Marc was an amazing host with great recommendations to some restaurants and cafes near by and very responsive when being messaged. House was really nice and had everything we needed including hair dyers which was a bonus. Highly recommended this place if you are looking for a stay in the rosebud/ Mornington peninsula and a 15 minute drive to the hot springs

We and the kids absolutely loved our stay. From the big backyard and ping pong table on the deck to the spacious living areas and comfy beds, we couldn't find any fault whatsoever. It's close to the beach and a couple of eateries, but very peaceful. looking forward to returning soon!

This place is clean, lots of room, beautiful view and great amenities. Was very comfortable for all the family and I loved sitting in the peace of the fire reading my book of a night. I even got a little work done at the desk. View was 10/10 and kitchen was well appointed

Mark's house is spacious and clean, with a reasonable price. The environment is peaceful and located near the beach. Mark was very helpful and responded promptly. A week before our arrival, we were already provided with the self check-in code. Everything about Mark’s house was great. If we have the chance, we would love to come again.

We had a lovely stay! We were 5 mins having a weekend off from our kids to go the other hot springs, and this was the perfect place to relax and unwind! The house had a great view out over the bay from the deck and the upstairs lounge and was surrounded by beautiful gardens. We also really appreciated the later check out to catch up on some much needed sleep and not have to finish our trip racing to pack up!

Probably one of the best places we have ever stayed in. perfect to chill and unwind. Amazing secure area for the 2 small dogs and heaps for them to explore. inside was fantastic and had everything we needed. Couches and beds are comfy. Bathroom clean. Highly recommend for couples or just a couple. Thanks Howard. So good!

Amazingly responsive and extremely friendly host. Lounge was comfy, and Kitchen was well stocked and equipped. Also got a box of favourites and a bottle of Prosecco 😁. 10/10 would recommend 👌🏻

The pictures here on Airbnb do not do this home justice - it's even more beautiful than the pictures could reflect. The view from the floor-to-vaulted ceiling windows was spectacular and we even stayed during the miserably cold and stormy winter holiday weekend. It was wonderful to watch the storm over the bay and the rain beside a cozy fire inside. I wish we could have taken advantage of the expansive deck and patio furniture. The inside is modern and luxe. Given the luxurious views and design, it is understandably a quite expensive stay. Kurt was also very responsive and helpful during our stay.
