If a stay in Chelsea is what you need then this is a good option. Comfortable, spacoius, gererously provisioned. It had a particularly pleasant rear deck for the warmer times. We jad everything we needed and would stay again.

Beautiful, clean space the owner even left us a bottle of wine. Felt right at home, definitely recommend if your two couples looking to get outta Melbourne for the weekend

We really enjoyed staying at Tahlia’s cosy cottage. Communication was excellent and the place was easy to find. It’s in a great spot, close to Rye beaches but in a quiet location. The kitchen and bathroom are really well appointed with everything we needed and the lounge was so comfy in the evenings. Even though it was chilly weather we didn’t need the wood fire as the AC was enough. The yard is big and dog friendly - one of the reasons we picked it, even though we ended up not bringing the dog. We will certainly be back!

Howard is a very dilligent host, a meticulous communicator who takes plenty of care. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to spend a couple of nights in mount martha to appreciate the beautiful beach, restaurants, and walking trails as you cannot beat the location of this place

Lizzie’s place is a great base for a family weekend on the Mornington Peninsula. The home was well equipped with everything we needed, in particular a wonderful kids room full of toys for our 4 y/o to enjoy. There is a fenced in yard, perfect for our pup to run around, and the log fire kept the home cosy over a very cold weekend. Lizzie was extremely flexible with checkin and checkout.

We spent a long weekend at Jennie’s house and would highly recommend. It rained the entire weekend so we weren’t able to make use of the top north facing deck or the lower pool deck but we lit the fire, settled in and had such a relaxing time. There is a really good coffee machine which meant we didn’t even have to venture out for coffee! We loved it on a wet winter weekend so I can only imagine how great it would be on a warm sunny weekend.

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the entire space felt peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Clear instructions were provided for check-in/check-out, and they even left a lovely welcome note and a few local treats, which was such a kind gesture. The location was perfect — quiet and safe I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Awesome place for my family to stay. Booked for my wife’s 60th birthday, to have the two of us, our 3 kids, their partners, 4 grandkids and one dog in one amazing property was absolutely wonderful. The property was immaculate and the description was absolutely accurate. Local shops a short 10 minute drive away to Rye. Would gladly book again. Steve & Amelia…

Great place, kids loved the outdoor bath tub. Great for a winter escape and I can imagine it would also be great in summer. House is across the road from Mountain bike trails. 10 mins from Enchanted Garden and surrounded by great places to eat. Lots of space for kids to run wild on and around the property.

Jim and Louisa’s pod is a perfect private Haven, walking disrance to the beach, beautiful garden for a little dog to run out at the front, and the pod had all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. The hot spa at night looking at the stars is a must. Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very accommodating, offered us a last-minute booking with a discount and even allowed a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for us with more than enough room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot spa, and had so much fun with the billiards and ping pong. It was also lovely to arrive to a complimentary bottle of wine, such a thoughtful touch! The property is also pet-friendly, which made it even more perfect for us. Highly recommended. If you’re looking for a house to relax and unwind, this could be the one for you! The house was warm and homily, and delivered some amazing sunrises / sunset views, all whilst relaxing in the spacious upstairs lounge. The house was clean throughout, and large enough to accommodate our group of friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Mark's house is spacious and clean, with a reasonable price. The environment is peaceful and located near the beach. Mark was very helpful and responded promptly. A week before our arrival, we were already provided with the self check-in code. Everything about Mark’s house was great. If we have the chance, we would love to come again.

Kate’s cottage was absolutely and exactly what my girlfriends and I were looking for, for a little weekend getaway. It was even better than we expected, with its cosy charm, warm and inviting feel and had everything we needed and more. Karen was a great host. Checking in on us and making sure everything was ok. She was very quick in her responses. The location of the home was great. Convenient to go to many places in Mornington. The home is very warm and cosy to stay in. A lot of amenities were provided which made staying at the house very enjoyable.

Kristel was a fabulous host and very helpful. We stayed to attend a family funeral in the area and she was very accomodating and understanding. A short visit but seamless.

Josh's kitchen is incredibly well stocked with crockery and cutlery. Cracking view. Beds are very comfortable. Josh always responded quickly. Would love to stay again!

Evdokia was a warm and welcoming host. The house was just what we needed for the 6 of us. Warm and cosy with plenty of room and all the essentials for a night in. It is also only a few minutes walk to the beach and local shops which was great. We had a lovely stay.

Lovely little abode that had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Good amount of space, both indoors and outside. It feels like you’re in nature with lovely views and ambiant fairy lights at night ✨ Only minor thing to note was that the bathroom had no door so can feel a little awkward, but we used the adjacent cupboard doors for extra privacy. Otherwise, very easy process for finding our way to and around the place. Would definitely recommend!
