L'appartement est situé au sud de l’Isère rhodanienne, à 2 km de l'autoroute A7. Il est mitoyen de notre maison mais complètement indépendant. Il fait environ 35 m2 sur 2 niveaux. Au rez-de-chaussée, la pièce principale avec coin cuisine et salon illuminée par une grande verrière donnant sur la cour. Au fond, se situe la chambre avec un lit double. A l’étage, une mezzanine avec un autre lit double et la salle d’eau/ toilettes. L'environnement est calme et la piscine est en accès partagé.

This 70 m2 air-conditioned cottage consists of a large living room with equipped kitchen, dishwasher, refrigerator-freezer, oven, etc. You will have a bathroom with bathtub as well as a separate toilet. The 2 bedrooms with views of the wooded park are equipped with storage and a wardrobe, and a double sofa bed can be used as an extra bed. Private 50 m2 terrace with Jacuzzi (2 nights minimum)
