35 m2 cottage with garden and stunning views of the southern slopes of Vercors. A stone's throw from the city center of Die (500 m by the pedestrian walkway), by the river, you are in the countryside and in the city! On the ground floor of our house, our entrances are opposite: you are quiet, but we are there if necessary. You will find books and films made here and elsewhere, and works of art on the walls: we are also publishers... Eco-friendly gîte (phyto-purification, organic garden, chickens, recycling...)

Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Notre maison d'hôte s'appelle : la ferme saint pierre Drôme. Il y a votre gite et 2 suites de 50 m2. C'est situé dans l'ancienne ferme magnifique du 18e siecle. Votre gîte de 50m2, est complètement autonome ; Vous disposez aussi d'un espace sous une tonnelle pour déjeuner dehors. La piscine vous est accessible, dans un magnifique jardin avec vue sur le Vercors. Des ballades à pieds en sortant et sur le Vercors à 10 mn. Centre village à quelques minutes et gare tgv à 15mn.

Relax and recharge your batteries in this pretty & quiet pied-à-terre, nestled in a 34,000 m2 site on the edge of the forest in the foothills of the Syncinal de Saou. From the swimming pool you have a beautiful view of the Drome valley. Enjoy the surroundings to hike, swim, read or rest. The 30m2 studio has a double bed in the living room and a single extra bed on the mezzanine accessible by a ladder. From the house you can directly access multiple beautiful hiking trails.

The cabin is located in Piégros la Clastre, at the foot of the foothills of the Saou Forest. Admire the view of the forest, the Château de Piégros, the mountains and the starry sky at night. Come and experience an extraordinary night. The dome is located in a small quiet valley. wake up with the birds singing. Look up at the sky during the day to observe vultures and at night to marvel at the splendor of the stars. Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.

In a 70 m2 private apartment, a large bedroom with a 160 x 190 cm bed and bathtub in the bedroom. A real living space for two people. Possibility of two additional people sleeping in the living room area. Optional access to the private jacuzzi at the rate of €5.00/day and per person.
