On the ground floor of our house, our entrances are opposite: you are quiet, but we are there if necessary. Ce gite climatisé de 70m2 se compose d'une grande pièce de vie avec cuisine équipée, lave vaisselle, réfrigérateur congélateur, four, etc... Vous aurez une salle de bain avec baignoire ainsi qu'un WC séparé. Les 2 chambres avec vue sur le parc arboré sont équipées de rangement et penderie, un canapé lit 2 personnes pourra servir de couchage supplémentaire. Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.
