Our high-end duplexapartment is very accessibly located in between the 'Kouter' (rectangle square where the Flemish Opera is) and the medieval center (St-Bavo-Cathedral, Graslei, Korenmarkt, Gravensteen to name a few highlights). Brand new, comfortable and classy, with a library-staircase which is not only an eyecatcher. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Sunny terrace! We called our gem "LaCasitaBelMundo”, just adding the dot Gent, to get the full picture.

Do you need a place to spend the night close to Ghent? This tiny house has everything you need (bed, bathroom 2sqm, living room 4sqm with mini fridge, micowave, small desk). It's located in the garden of the host, but the tiny house is completely private. It's super easily accessible by car and by public transport (12 minutes to the train station, 22 minutes to the city centre of Ghent). There are also electrical bikes available in the street. Nearby there's a bakery and several restaurants.

Loft boat 'The Panter'

'The Panter' is a 39m boat from the 60ies. Used for years in transport, it is now tastefully transformed into a loftboat. The front of the boat is entirely yours and has a private entrance. The four of us live in the tail end of the boat with our cat. The studio consists of a living room & kitchen with a mezzanine that has a queensize bed. The second part is a smaller room with a queensize bed, shower and toilet. Outside you can enjoy the sunset from the upper deck or relax on the patio.

With the two bikes that are included in your stay, the Korenmarkt is a mere 15 minutes away. Bakery, butcher, supermarket and cafés within walking distance. Parking nearby and easy to reach by bus or tram, with stops less than 1 km away. There’s a good bus service to and from the train station Gent-Sint-Pieters.

This lovely holiday house is located in the back garden of a remarkable four story apartment building by the hand of architects Vens Vanbelle. Although it is located in the city centre at 100m from the Gravensteen castle, it is surprisingly quiet and perfect for relaxing and enjoying a good night's sleep during your visit to the vibrant city of Ghent. (a bit difficult for bigger dogs, there are stairs to climb) Situated along cycle route 70, in the middle of nature and yet close to the historical cities of Ghent, Bruges, Courtrai and Antwerp.
