Friendly guesthouse on a horsefarm

THE PIONEER Guesthouse The Pioneer is suitable for 4 persons. The apartment has downstairs a livingroom, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. On the split level floor (open vide) you find the bedroom with 2 single beds and a separate bedroom with 2 single beds (all boxspring). There is an extra bed and a baby cot free available. Bedlinen, towels etc. are all included. Lelymare Lodge is situated in the organic agricultural area in Lelystad. In recent years the agricultural activities have made room for a horsefarm. Apart from the young quarterhorses that live in herds at Lelymare, there are our dogs, cats, chickens (free eggs!), geese, guinea-fowls and a peacock walking about. On the footpaths along the meadows you can discover all aspects of Lelymare. The surroundings of Lelymare offer much opportunity for hikers, cyclists, watersports and horse riding. Because of its central position in Holland you can make day-trips from Lelymare to tourist-attractions and historic towns all over the Netherlands. The famous Oostvaardersplassen (The New Wilderness) are nearby. The price of € 90 per night is based on 2 persons. For 3 or 4 persons we charge €25 pp extra. Prachtig poolhouse met overdekt zwembad

Luxe wellness aan de rand van het bos op de Veluwe. Uniek gastenverblijf voor twee personen met exclusief privégebruik van het overdekte zwembad, douches, eigen badkamer en (finse) sauna. Eigen inrit en volledig ingerichte keuken in parkachtige tuin. Geen dieren toegestaan! Het gebouw bestaat voor een groot deel uit (deels gespiegeld) glas en heeft geen gordijnen. Op fietsafstand van de Hoge Veluwe, station Apeldoorn en Paleis het Loo. Ideale locatie voor mountainbike, running en fietstochten.

Cottage aan het water met motorbootje

Omschrijving Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is gevestigd in Oostwoud in het hart van Westfriesland. Het is een cottage-achtige woning gelegen achter ons glasatelier in de diepe tuin aan het water. Het is te huur als B&B maar ook als vakantiewoning voor een langere periode. Er is o.a. een Grand Cafe De Post om de hoek waar heerlijk gegeten kan worden en een pizza eettentje Giovanni Midwoud die ook bezorgd. Er is tegen betaling een motorbootje aanwezig. Word wakker door het geluid van de zingende vogels. Geniet met een drankje van de zon op het terras. Spreekt jou dit aan? Dan zit je bij de Bellenhof meer dan goed. Onze B&B is gevestigd in Oldebroek, centraal op de natuurrijke Veluwe met zijn vele fietsroutes en wandelpaden. De Ruimte Onze B&B is van alle gemakken voorzien. Een woonkamer en een complete keuken. In onze slaapkamer met muurschildering is ruimte voor twee personen. Ook is de woning uitgerust met een douche, toilet en wasmachine.

Een verrassend veelzijdige woning aan de rand van water en natuur. De woning is zonnig, ruim en comfortabel en biedt ruimte tot 5 personen. Met extra reiswieg en kinderstoel voor kleine kinderen. Met de Oostvaardersplassen als achtertuin, Markermeer op loopafstand en Bataviastad binnen handbereik. Er is alle ruimte om te watersporten, fietsen, wandelen, mountainbiken, vissen, klimmen en shoppen. Ook voor cultuur en architectuur. Binnen het uur van steden als Amsterdam, Utrecht en Zwolle.

Luka's Hut, eco-cabin with sauna by the river

Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

Design gazebo in the woods

• The Veluwe is the largest push moraine complex in the Netherlands. On the north-western edge of this forest you find this gazebo near the locally famous sand drift. It sits on 3 acres of woodland belonging to a detached house. • The gazebo is fully insulated and consists of three spaces: bathroom, bedroom and lounge. There is no cooking option, but there is a small oven for you to use. • The gazebo was fully renovated in 2023 and is decorated in a contemporary mid-century modern style.

Elburg - Vesting “Bij de jufferen”

In de middeleeuwse vesting van Elburg ligt dit monumentale verblijf (1850) met veel authentieke details. Op de begane grond is de eigen opgang.U kunt daar ook uw fietsen neerzetten. Op de eerste verdieping ( oude steile trap 😉) vind u een sfeervolle living met keuken.Ook is hier de trap naar de vide waar het slaapvertrek is. U heeft beschikking over een eigen keuken met een ( eenvoudige) kookgelegenheid. De groene vestingwal is op 50 meter en U heeft uitzicht op de historische kerktoren

Gezellig huisje, dicht bij zandverstuiving

Deze unieke woning is onder architectonisch ontwerp en begeleiding gebouwd. Landelijk gelegen aan de rand van bos en zandverstuiving. Het Veluwemeer is op fietsafstand. Cultuur en culinair belevenissen zijn er volop in de omgeving. Beneden is alles gelijkvloers. Mensen met een lichamelijke handicap zijn ook welkom. (Hulp van de host, is mogelijk obv beschikbaarheid. Hij is verpleegkundige) Huisdieren niet toegestaan (uitgezonderd hulphonden). Geen feesten! Niet roken in huis.

Moderne watervilla; logeren op het water

Kom tot rust in deze unieke en fantastische splitlevel woning: veel licht, ruimte en gezellige buitenterrassen. Vanaf de vlonders spring je in het water, of vaar je met het supboard of met de roeiboot weg! Vanuit de grote woonkeuken kijk je over het water. Met een trapje naar beneden kom je in de woonkamer waar het heerlijk toeven is en sta je gelijkvloers met het water. Een level lager liggen badkamer en slaapkamers en sta je "oog in oog" met het water.

Verblijf in dit knusse chalet aan de rand van een rustig, groen en kleinschalig park met sfeervolle huisjes, omgeven door de natuur van de Veluwe. Ontwaak met vogelgezang en spot eekhoorns in de tuin. Voor het chalet loopt een pad met enkel bestemmingsverkeer. Wandel of fiets direct vanaf het park de bossen en heide op. Bezoek de Hanzesteden Hattem, Zwolle of Kampen. Restaurants liggen op 4 km afstand. Een fijne plek voor wie rust, natuur en comfort zoekt.
