This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. A very nice house with a beautiful garden 30 minutes by foot and metro from the Stockholm city center. The house has 3 bedrooms with 4 permanent beds (extra beds available). It is located in a very green, nice and safe area, 10-20 minutes walk to lakes where you can swim or hang out at the beach. The house has a garden and two terraces where you can have dinner and enjoy the sun. The house is in three storeys, you need to be able to walk the stairs.
