Our comfortable house lies in a peaceful traditional village, a fifteen minute drive from the beautiful beaches of western Sardinia. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Experience good food, wine-tasting, fishing, ancient Nuraghic culture, crafts, yoga, golf, surfing or anything else you wish. We will help you arrange it. Appartamento indipendente, di nuova ristrutturazione e rifinito nei dettagli, è dotato di due ampie camere doppie con relativi bagni completamente accessoriati; soggiorno con smart tv a schermo piatto, connessione WI-FI, cucina con lavastoviglie forno e forno a microonde ; lavatrice, impianto di riscaldamento e aria condizionata. Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.
