Beachfront holiday rental in Dubai

Everything was exactly as described, a very comfortable stay with all amenities and the best restaurants within 2 mins walk. The swimming pool was a welcome break from the heat

This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. It’s near to walk to the each, shopping mall and places to eat. We will hopefully return next Xmas .

Great place with a great view and a huge balcony and especially the towels presentation was great as well as the place was very clean and smelled good ! I will definitely stay again next time im in the city and the host was very responsive and check in was very easy !

The apartment is a great size with two large bedrooms both with on-suites. The kitchen has everything you need including dishwasher. It is right in west beach on the palm with all the restaurants. It is not the most modern building but location and size of the apartment make it a great place to stay. I was there with my wife and two children aged 12 and 14.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly polite and always responded quickly to any questions or requests. We truly appreciated his willingness to help with anything that came up. Additionally, we are very grateful for the flexibility with a late checkout, which made our departure much more convenient. Overall, an excellent experience, and we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

We had a great stay at this Apartment. Location is great with good restaurants, a mall and the beach nearby. The check-in instructions were great and we felt right at home.

We had a wonderful stay in Sebastian’s apartment. It is very spacious with spectacular views over the marina. Thank you to Joseph for all his help. He met us after our flight landed late and nothing too much trouble. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

everything was perfect, we had a dream holiday, the house was clean with my wife and baby, frank and his team always responded quickly to our problems, only an additional long thin carpet is needed in the corridor, everything else in the house was perfect and clean, all the technology tools in the house were of good quality

We had a great experience staying with Dustay Holiday Homes in one of their new apartments at Creek Beach. Also our host - Romar - was super responsive and very supportive. The apartment is exactly as shown on the pictures and also the amenities, e.g. usage of the lagoon pool, were great. Of course Creek Beach and Creek Harbour Island are a little off from Downtown as well as the Marina - however, for everyone who‘s looking for a relaxing stay in a very well set up community area, this apartment is the go-to spot. Thanks to Romar and the team for taking good care of us!

Communication with the host was smooth and prompt, making check-in and any questions during the stay hassle-free. Just one word to describe the overall stay — Awesome! This was my first booking experience through Airbnb, and I had a lot of concerns initially, but every communication was clear and reassuring. As for the property — simply outstanding. Grand Bleau Tower-1 is a fantastic choice for a staycation. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the beach, pool, gym, and other amenities were top-notch. Really looking forward to another wonderful stay here!

Highly Recommend. The apartment was clean, fully furnished, and exactly as shown in the listing. Nice touch having a coffee machine, tea and coffee supplies, and a few days’ worth of bottled water was provided. Check-in was easy overall. There was a minor issue with the secure box code, but the host sorted it in five minutes. The location was great. Right on the beach with a sea view and a large balcony. Much quieter than facing the road. There was some daytime noise from refurbishment work in a nearby apartment, but that’s normal for Dubai and didn’t bother me much. No complaints at all. I’d definitely stay here again—it was perfect for what I needed.

Great host, apartment was very clean. We had an issue with the Aircon, but host was very responsive and got it resolved quickly. Helpful and friendly, highly recommend Rim!

Great apartment with awesome views. A great spot to take in the views and watch the boats go by. Close enough to facilities such as coffee shops but without the crowds. Great private beach, pool and gym too. Something for all the family. Only 5 minutes by taxi to supermarkets and more restaurants. The sunsets from the apartment were the icing on the cake!

Fahad's place was great.. The room was very big with lots of space to spread out all my stuff! 😂 The view of the beach was beautiful 😁 parking right outside the gate was so convenient. Communication was excellent, very prompt! I was a solo traveler and Mujahid (on-site) made sure I had someone to help me in & out with my heavy luggage, I only wish the elevator would have been working 😏 Although I had a very short stay on my way home from Dubai.. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended! Very nice place with wonderful people who operate it! 🙏🏼

One of the best accommodation options in Dubai! First of all – the location. Then the concept of the hotel itself – modern, well-thought-out, and convenient. The interior, renovation, furniture, room comfort – everything was excellent. There is a 24/7 concierge and all the necessary conditions for a comfortable stay. The staff from the rental company are amazing – always responsive and quick to solve any issues. Another great feature is the flexible cancellation policy: if you leave earlier, you can cancel and get a refund. That was a pleasant surprise! But the real highlight is the panoramic view from the window and the balcony – that’s the biggest and most unforgettable advantage. We also stayed at other Avani apartments and the hotel before – nothing compares. We also tried an apartment in JBR – but this service feels just like a hotel, only better. Highly recommended! And big thanks to the rental company and the team for such a great experience and service. Wishing them success!
