Property is located 3 km West of the city center. Only a 12 minute bus ride to city center (refer to google maps for bus routes) It is close to many interesting attractions in Dublin. The Guinness Store House is a 13 minute walk away. Phoenix Park is a 10 minute walk away (free entry) Memorial Gardens only a 3 minute walk (free entry) Kilmainham Goal is a 5 minute walk down the road. The Irish Museum of Modern Art is also a 5 minute walk away (free entry) Inchicore Centre is also nearby.

We are located right in the heart of the City - North Side Close to the junction with Capel Street which has recently been pedestrianised resulting in much less vehicular traffic in the area. We are also very close to O'Connell Street and The Spire. The exceptionally convenient location is within walking distance of tourist sites and public transport. There is also a wide range of cafes, restaurants, cinema, stores, supermarkets and 24/7 carpark less than 400 meters from the house.
