The Brewery District is a historical area located just south of downtown Columbus and west of German Village. It’s filled with the history, charm, and a bustling social scene. This newly renovated historical home with high end furnishings features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, fenced in yard, outdoor seating, and off street parking. Guests have access to the entire home, not shared. Within walking distance, there are multiple public parks, shops, restaurants, bars, and a grocery store.

Add in the prime location with a short walk to Budd Dairy Food-Hall, Seventth Son Brewery, or Fox in the Snow cafe, and the flat will make for the perfect trip, whether it be for work or play!

Quiet peaceful space. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping, ample parking. Short ride to OSU campus and medical centers. Garden lovers: feel free to tour the garden.
