STIPE’s place is beautiful, spacious, clean, modern, and greatly located in the middle of the old town. I didn’t meet Stipe but I met Jelica who was just as responsive and friendly as Stipe. She picked me up from the coffee shop and helped with luggage 🧳 The place has absolutely everything needed for a short or long stay and all is new and of high quality. I spent a beautiful spring month in this apartment and I highly recommend it.

I highly recommend this place for a holiday stay! Everything matches the description and photos – or even exceeds expectations! The house is newly renovated / built, very clean, with a beautiful cosy garden. It’s very well equipped – everything you might need is there. Excellent air conditioning and household appliances. Everything was perfect. From communication, instructions and advice, to an apartment that is decorated with an extra beatiful style. Everything looks new and chosen with great care. The cleanliness was impeccable. It is convenient that the parking lot is right next to the entrance to the apartment. Anita helped with advice and always responded quickly. We slept only one night, but we were greeted by many welcome gifts in the apartment. If I go to Šibenik again, I will definitely stay at Anita's place and I would recommend the same to everyone.
