Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Dubravice

Ljiljana contacted me the day before with multiple photos of how to get in and where to park with helpful thoughts about the drive there. It was very nice. Tons of space, comfortable beds, and really the perfect location with a park next door, 10 min walk to the water and restaurants. We loved our stay!

This beautiful & comfortable apartment comes ‘highly recommended’ from our family!!! Josip was an amazing host, very warm, gracious and welcoming!!! He met us on arrival, and gave us very comprehensive information on the area - sites to see/restaurants, etc., which proved to be ‘very’ helpful! At the end of each busy day, it felt so good to come back to our ‘home away from home’. The location is excellent (& quiet), not too far (15 minutes or so) from the Old Town, the Riva and Marjan Park. The walk along the promenade, and the views along the way were a special part of our trip. There is a cafe just a short walk away, as well as a small grocery store. We loved our stay in Josip’s apartment, and would most definitely return if we have the opportunity to come back to Split!

Daniel’s apartment is spotlessly clean and appointed with every conceivable amenity one could think of needing while staying there. We had Daniel pick us up at the airport, and immediately felt “at home” after our long journey from San Francisco to Spit. Upon reaching the apartment, we were welcomed by an incredible charcuterie platter prepared by Daniel’s mother that included the best prosciutto we’ve ever had! The apartment is thoughtfully designed and stocked with everything from milk and juice in the refrigerator, to lotions, sunscreen and shaving cream in the bathroom. Without question, the standout quality of our stay was Daniel. His recommendations for places to go, restaurants, etc were superb. We hired him one evening to take us to a hilltop winery overlooking Split, and we got to meet his girlfriend, too. At the end of our stay, we felt like we had a new friend in Split, and even invited Daniel and Mila to visit us in San Francisco!

L'alloggio è ricavato in una parte della casa padronale. L'auto può essere parcheggiata in area recintata. Tutto molto bello e pulizia assoluta. Una splendida terrazza coperta ottima per il relax o pranzo/cena all'aperto. Di notte silenzio assoluto.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Josip and his family were amazing host. Not only did he pick us up from the airport, he and his wife made breakfast every morning and drove us to the store to get provisions as well as drive us to the marina for the second leg of our trip. They were extremely nice people who you would never know were there unless you needed ANYTHING! I would recommend Their home to anyone looking to stay in the area. Not to mention the pool was amazing and you are steps from the Sea. It was perfect! Thanks you for the wonderful vacation!

Excellent séjour, l’appartement était dans un état impeccable et paraît même plus grand que sur les photos. L’endroit est très calme est à proximité de nombreux magasins, la plage est à 3 min en voiture avec restaurant bar et jeux pour enfants. Restaurant à proximité également excellent. Encore merci à Marijana et Mateo !

Damir was very friendly and quick in response, after booking i asked if he had reccomendations for how to get there from the airport and he was as nice to drive us himself! During the drive he gave many reccomendations of what to do and visit and even took us to a nice spot in the countryside to pick some figs and have a drink. Our plane arrived before check in time but this was no problem for Damir and we could check in early after he drove us. The place was exactly as the pictures and very clean, everything needed was present and ready for use. The surrounding area felt very safe and was very calm. The place really made us come to rest after busy days. Only disclaimer about the place would be if you are a light sleeper and sensitive to noise, the refrigerator does make quite some noise and shuts on and off during the day and night. This did not bother us but might be useful to know, just wear some earplugs ;). I would 100% reccomended a stay with Damir, amazing experience!

The hosts were super nice and very responsive. The location is amazing. So peaceful and beautiful surroundings. The host’s friend’s restaurant DIDA near by was very nice. One of the best meals that we had. We would definitely come back and recommend!

Marija je odličan domaćin. Jako simpatična, pristupačna. Apartman je bio besprijekorno čist i uredan. Apsolutno na preporuku!

The host was very nice, responsive, and hospitable. The accommodation was also suitable for small children. There were even toys, which our two-year-olds really enjoyed. The nearby train did not cause any disturbance. We were glad that it was possible to arrive at the home earlier.

Mateo was very nice and friendly. He made us felt like home. We even made friends with some locals. We shall definitely rent from Mirko again. ☺️

Ich hatte das große Glück, einige Tage in dieser wunderschönen Villa verbringen zu dürfen und ich bin restlos begeistert! Schon der erste Schritt in die Villa war ein echtes Highlight: alles war unglaublich sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und man hat sich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Matteo, der wirklich an alles gedacht hat. Die Villa war komplett ausgestattet man hätte nichts von zu Hause mitbringen müssen. Ich hatte zwar ein paar Dinge dabei, aber das war im Nachhinein völlig überflüssig. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Matteo war außerdem jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich sofort um alles gekümmert, wenn man etwas gebraucht hat. So eine Gastfreundschaft erlebt man selten! Ich kann diese Villa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Es war ein unvergesslich schöner Aufenthalt gerne wieder!

Unser Aufenthalt in Katarinas Villa war sehr schön. Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man benötigt, hat eine hohe Austattungsqualität und eine wunderschöne, ruhige Lage mit Blick auf das Meer. Besonders hat uns der beheizbare Pool gefallen. Katarina ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin und die Kommunikation war immer super.

Unser Aufenthalt war ein Traum 🤩 Für zwei Pärchen das perfekte Haus. Super Meerblick, kurzer Weg zum Meer (ca. 70 Meter) sowie zwei Badebuchten gut zu Fuss erreichbar. 10 min Fussweg zur Stadt erreichbar. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die aussergewöhnliche Architektur des Hauses. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Wir danken Dino für zwei unvergessliche Wochen.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr schön. Katharina war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Meer liegt zu Fuß 2 Minuten entfernt und befindet sich direkt neben einem tollen Restaurant. Insgesamt war es ein toller Urlaub. Vielen Dank!

Boravio sam kod Tome i njegovog sina Marka, koji su učinili sve da naš boravak bude izvanredan. Iako smo stigli brodom bez najave, a Marko je očekivao dolazak autom, brzo se prilagodio i osigurao nam mjesto za brod u luci Tribunj. S terase na trećem katu imali smo pogled na brod, što je dodatno upotpunilo naše iskustvo. Pogled na more bio je očaravajući, s prekrasnim prizorom na luku i otoke. Kuća se nalazi na idealnoj, mirnoj lokaciji, blizu svih potrebnih sadržaja, i bila je besprijekorno čista, što je povećalo osjećaj udobnosti. Siguran sam da ću se svake godine vraćati u Tribunj, a Riva House Tribunj će uvijek biti moj prvi izbor. Preporučujem je svima koji žele posjetiti Dalmaciju i Tribunj.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und in einer angenehm ruhigen Lage. Der Pool und der Jacuzzi waren immer sehr sauber und es gab genug freie Liegemöglichkeiten. In der Wohnung war alles wie beschrieben vorhanden und alles top gepflegt. Radovan war ein sehr sympathischer Gastgeber mit guten Englischkenntnissen, der Austausch war jederzeit problemlos möglich. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen!

El departamento es muy cómodo para 3- 4 personas. Camas cómodas. Muy linda vista y bien equipado. Hay aire acondicionado en cada ambiente. La comunicación con Emil siempre fluida, las indicaciones para acceder al departamento fueron a través de un video, ya que no es sencillo el acceso, en las callecitas es fácil confundirse, pero el video es muy esclarecedor. Está a 2 cuadras, a pie, de la última calle con la cual se puede acceder con vehículo, adicionamente hay que tener en cuenta que son 3 pisos por escalera, si tienes maletas grandes puede resultar incómodo. Excelente ubicación. Lo super recomiendo!

Gut eingerichtetes und sauberes Apartment. Die Kommunikation war super und die Gastgeber stets bemüht schnell zu antworten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr zu empfehlen! 🙏

The Studio flat was really great with everything you need for a holiday. It is very close to Split airport so only 10 minuits by taxi. Enough distance so that there is hardly any aircraft noise. It is literally across the road from the beach. All the beaches have fine slightly sharp gravel so take beach shoes. The Island of Trogir is a 10 minuite bus journey ride away that stops practically outside the door. You can also easily bus to many little beaches with changing places and showers. There are Water sports, buses, water taxis close by and a ferry to Split. The host is really nice, always contactable, very helpful and full of local knowledge. I cannot recommend the wonderful host and her family enough in this perfect location.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen getroffen wenn nicht sogar übertroffen. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Es war alles sehr sauber und man hat sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf das gegenüberliegende Ufer und das Meet war jeden Morgen beim Frühstücken ein Highlight. Das Meer ist in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar und auch die Fähre nach Split ist in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. In der Umgebung gibt es viele tolle Restaurants und Strände. Niki hat uns einige Empfehlungen gegeben. Zudem war er für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns sofort weitergeholfen, wenn benötigt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Tolle Lage, perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt! Die Unterkunft liegt nur etwa 10 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt, ideal, um Restaurants, Bars und Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu erreichen. Die Umgebung ist lebendig, aber trotzdem ruhig genug zum Entspannen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es war wirklich alles da, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Absolut empfehlenswert!
