My Happy Place

This is a charming cottage with a pool and large outdoor area. It is located 3 minutes to both I26 and 526, a 10 minute drive to downtown Charleston and walking distance to North Charleston’s trendy, fun area. The Credit One Stadium on Daniel Island is a 10 minute drive, the Isle of Palms and Sullivans Island 15 minutes and North Charleston Colliseum 5 minutes. It is easy to get to all these places and there are many fun things to do in the Charleston/North Charleston/Daniel Island areas.

This centrally-located 2-bedroom condo in the Avondale neighborhood is close to downtown but still quiet. You're a short walk to multiple neighborhood favorites (Avondale Wine & Cheese, Pearlz Oyster Bar, Gene's Hofbrauhaus and Triangle Char and Bar). Or a short 6 minute drive/Uber to King Street if you want the Southern Charm experience. You’ll love the quiet neighborhood while still having convenient and quick access to downtown and local beaches. Folly Beach is my favorite.

Dream Catcher Carriage House Daniel Island

Our carriage house apartment is located on a peaceful marsh on beautiful Daniel Island next to walking/biking paths. It is also walking distance to parks, shops, and restaurants. Daniel Island is approximately 15 to 20 minutes from the airport, downtown Charleston, and local beaches. All AirBnB rentals in Charleston & Daniel Island must have a business license. It can get bad during peak seasons, but the point is, we are very centrally located in the Charleston area!

Keep it simple at this attached suite super cozy and centrally-located. You will be minutes away from Downtown Charleston and Airport. Suite is located in a house in North Charleston. The area is still developing but you will be close to main avenues, tourist places and the city. This is a suite attached to a house, you will have the space for yourself including a bedroom and bathroom. The space is not shared. The main house is also an airbnb.
