Come relax in a peaceful getaway located in the quiet countryside of Abbeville. We are the first house on a dead-end road that lends itself to beautiful sunrise/sunset walks to enjoy the fresh air. Historic downtown Abbeville is 5 miles away and we are only a short 10 minute drive from Erskine College/Due West. Our apartment features a fully stocked kitchen, smart TV, plenty of closet space, a comfortable living room area, and a private patio. The space is all one level - there are no stairs.

Tucked Away in Downtown Anderson

Located right in the heart of Anderson but nestled on a cul de sac surrounded by nature. In less than a mile you can walk or drive to downtown, Anderson University or Rocky River Nature Park. The yard is a slice of heaven and I hope you rest and enjoy it as much as I do. The apartment is the downstairs of my home but completely private with its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, outdoor patio and parking area. Downtown Anderson has lots of good restaurants and shopping to enjoy while here.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Just 5 minutes to Lake Hartwell and 20 minutes to Clemson University. We are a sports family that now has become empty nesters. Come enjoy our basement with private entrance from outside. Enjoy Bar, ping pong, shuffle board, darts and a great retro arcade game with all the 80’s classics!! Step outside and enjoy the deck with TV and fire pit. If staying during summer enjoy the pool.
