Welcome to this calm, fresh and harmonious space. The studio is newly renovated and situated on the bottom floor of our villa in a little village close to Gland. Me and my family live on the first floor. It has a terrasse and a gorgeous view of the Alps and lake Geneva. There’s a bio farmer’s market next to the house! Local restaurant at 200m. We’re a five minute drive from the highway and about 25 min from Geneva and Lausanne. There’s a bus that takes you to the train station in Nyon. .

The flat is located in the centre of Messery, close to all amenities (pharmacy, bakery, mini-market, post office). Its location is ideal for a holiday between lake and mountains: 850m from Messery beach, 5 minutes by car from the medieval village of Yvoire, 15 minutes from Thonon-les-Bains, 35 minutes from Geneva, 40 minutes from the nearest ski resort (Les Habères). The 271 bus stop for Geneva is at the foot of the building (35-40 min to Genève Rive).

By prior arrangement, 1 paid parking space is available at the foot of the house. The charge is CHF 10/night. Payment must be made no later than the day of the Guest's arrival. The duplex (160 sqm.) is close to restaurants and dining and public transport. My place is perfect for couples and business travelers. Located in XVIII century house, in a quiet neighbourhood, within a 2 min walk to Genolier train station, which provides quick access to Nyon (15min) and Geneva (30min). Also 8min drive to the freeway. Guest has exclusive access to the apartment.

C’est un endroit parfait pour marcher et faire du vtt l’été, du ski nordique et raquettes de neiges l’hiver mais aussi pour visiter les villages et villes autour du lac Leman. L’appartement est situé à deux minutes de la gare. La clinique de Genolier est à deux arrêts et Nyon est à 35 minutes en train.
