House holiday rentals in Duluth

We are local to the neighborhood and rented the house for family during graduation. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. House was immaculate, and easy for friends and family to find. Highly recommend and will use again for out of town guests.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the swimming pool—clean, well-maintained, and a perfect spot to relax after a long day. The location was great—peaceful but still close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive, helpful, and made sure everything went perfectly. Highly recommend this Airbnb, especially if you’re looking for a place with a great pool and a relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again!

Happy to stay here again and bring the kiddos this time! We spent most of the time outside enjoying the peaceful surroundings, pool and hot tub. Great location- plenty of restaurant options and nearby grocery. No complaints and hope to stay again!

Jade’s home was perfect for our mini vacation! The location is spectacular, right in the middle of everything!! It’s clean, beautiful and cozy. The pool was the cherry on top! Don’t pause on this little jewel!!

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here! The place is most impressively decorated & maintained, and the array of amenities were super nice to have. Ryan as a host was quite exceptional, very responsive and always went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of! Should I be in the area again, this'll be our first pick again without a doubt!

Sweet Acres was a peaceful getaway spot. The house was clean and inviting. We had everything we needed. Mike and Becky are very responsive and kind. We loved our stay.

Our family loved Patrick & Jordan’s place! The amenities were enjoyable, the porch was peaceful and the beds were so comfortable!! The home was spacious. You can tell that they have put a lot of time and energy into restoring and decorating the home. As hosts, I cannot say enough kind things about Patrick and Jordan. They were gracious and responsive. Thank you for hospitality and we hope to return! Town was a close walk. There is a cute park with playground nearby that my kids enjoyed, as well. Be sure to check out the Monroe Pizzeria (delivers too)!

House was beautiful and quiet. Great for family vacation. Rooms were filled with adequate supplies. Towels and toiletries included. Would recommend to everyone! Close proximity to Duluth. 30 mins away from ATL activities if no traffic.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we could tell how much care and attention went into every detail. The house was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and truly felt like a luxury getaway. It was peaceful, spacious, and located in a lovely, convenient neighborhood. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, which made everything even smoother. One of our favorite parts was the bathtub—it was so relaxing and just what I needed. Even though we didn’t spend much time on the patio, it was a lovely touch and added to the overall charm of the place. This home provided the perfect space for me and my family to relax and enjoy each other’s company. We truly appreciated the comfort and care, and would definitely love to stay here again. All 5’s✨ Neighborhood is low key and peaceful Beautiful home with gorgeous furniture and natural aesthetics. The tube in the main room is so beautiful and spacious. Great space for family or small groups of friends. The kitchen is perfect for family dinner💕 Great communication from hostess Safe and friendly neighborhood 15-20 min drive to Atlanta

Four of us came into town for a conference -and this place was perfect. House was spotless, comfortable, and close to anything & everything we needed. Communication and interaction with host was excellent. If you need a place to stay in this area... couldn't recommend it more.

Sharday’s place is absolutely beautiful! She was so helpful and communicative. Exactly as pictured and described. The location was very convenient and private. Wish we had been able to stay longer, hopefully next time we’re in town we’ll be able to stay again. Can’t say enough good things. Highly recommend!

My second stay at Christian's place was just as nice as my first stay two years ago. I booked a second time because my experience was so pleasant, the home is modern and pristine and the location is accessibly perfect. My husband, in-laws, and children love staying here.

I cannot say enough about this property. It was super clean, large to accommodate our party and well thought out. They provided us with everything we needed and so many extras to make sure we were comfortable. Jia was always so quick to respond and even so accommodating to us. I stay in a lot of airbnbs and i can honestly say this is one of my favorite places because of the host, how clean the house was and all the little details and extras to make our stay our home away from home.

Luke was the best host we have had and we rent places quite often. He was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. We were in the area for a family wedding with a lot of pre wedding activities. Fun but it was so wonderful to come back to the house to the quiet. We did morning walks in the beautiful neighborhood, short walk to pretty little town area. Perfect stay.

Rosa’s place was just as pictured. It was well kept and very clean. She is very responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing

The location was great for my travel events. I was here for graduation and a visit with my brother and his family. I was 6 minutes from the arena where the graduation was held and 12 minutes from my brother. Everything was convenient. Debbie had a notebook with information inside to answer all anticipated questions.

Beautiful property, the backyard was like a picture postcard for fall foliage. The home was well appointed, VERY clean and the linens were fantastic.

The home was everything that was advertised. Kids had fun in the pool. Had nearby family for barbecue. Location was perfect for the Buford Highschool graduation and Lake Lanier party and of course the mall.

Great place to stay, privacy and comfortable. Cleanliness was a 100+, definitely worth the price. Great honest and responsive host. I’d highly recommend this place.

This place was a great. Very cute and charming. Charlie was a great host! He always responded very fast and when we left something at the air bnb, he was super flexible with us getting it back!
