Waterfront holiday rentals in Duluth

It’s very clean and a neat place to stay great view of the lake watched the the full moon rise out the windows. Would love to have stayed longer. We may be back.

If you are fortunate enough, to spend some time on Minnesota’s North Shore, you won’t be disappointed staying here. Brenda and Tom‘s place is exactly as described. It is more than we expected. It is clean, beautifully decorated, and a lovely place to spend a vacation. The location is perfect and so scenic! We enjoyed sitting on the deck and even spotted an Eagle! We had a wonderful time hiking and exploring the surrounding area, including Gooseberry Falls, Grand Marais, and the quaint town of Two Harbors.

My husband and I decided to spend a Father's Day weekend at the Hunters Outlook this past weekend. Boy, were we in for a treat - we rented the top floor of the premise - 2 bedrooms and baths. It's a homey and cozy place. We woke up each morning enjoying a serene view of the St. Louis River. We witnessed some deer crossing the backyard each day of our stay, along with fire flies dancing through the woods in the evening. The Lodge is only 10 minutes drive to Canal Park and Duluth's famous lift bridge by car. We had dinner at a hip area in Lincoln Park on the 1st evening. Then took a bike on Sunday morning Downtown - the trail is right at the entrance of the compound. It was an enjoyable ride round trip, still had enough time to cook + enjoy a Father's Day dinner afterward. (The kitchen provides all you need -- a beautiful gas range, utensils, pots and pans, and all the dinnerware, it's a 10-star! Absolutely a lovely 2-day getaway for us. The Wholefoods Co-op is only 7-minute away!

Incredible location right over the lift bridge. Easy to get to and find. Central to restaurants and breweries and quick drives to multiple state parks. Great spot

Beautiful apartment right on Island Lake. The deck is great for morning coffee, afternoon Happy Hour and anytime in between. There is a kayak, paddle board and pedal boat available. The apartment is spotless. Marie was very responsive to any questions. Great host. Great apartment. Great stay.

Amazing place to stay right on the beach and in quick walking distance to canal park. Was amazing being right on the beach and being able to enjoy the beach at night and watch the ships come in. Carl was super responsive and quick to respond! Would definitely stay here again!

A cozy charming Airbnb, perfect for a weekend getaway in Duluth! This was a great location and love the detailed decor. Perfect amount of space for my husband and I with our 6 month old and dog, highly recommend!

We had a great stay at the Island Lake Getaway. Fishing was great right off the dock. We were able to use kayaks and pedal boats, and they also had lots of sand toys and games for the kids to play outside. There isn’t anything that could have made this a better stay than it was! We were so impressed with the property, and all the family who came to visit was also blown away by how beautiful it was. We usually book a hotel when we stay in Duluth, but this was so much better for our family of 4.

Nancy was a fantastic host! Her home was beautiful, spotless, and just right for two. The lakefront views were stunning, especially with the beach just steps from the back door. The kitchen and pantry were well-stocked and made cooking easy. Everything about the stay, inside and out, was perfect. I'll be recommending to family and friends.

What can you say? This home has a gorgeous private black sand beach in a small cove directly below the house. So beautiful and peaceful, especially at sunrise and sunset. The house itself is lovely with very nice linens and super comfortable beds and pillows and a charming cabin vibe. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is fantastic- near Split Rock lighthouse, Tettegouche and Gooseberry Falls. The communication about how to check in and what amenities are available is incredibly detailed and helpful. We would love to stay here again!

Zoe’s cabin was the perfect spot for my group of 8 friends. We so enjoyed the kayaks at sunrise, the sauna, and the stocked kitchen. We will be back!

Very nice experience. It was an unbelievablely beautiful house (photos don't do it justice). The hosts were friendly and helpful.

We stayed at Cedar Cove for 5 nights with our extended family with an age range of 18 months to 80 years. This house is a perfect place for a multi generation get together. Everyone had a wonderful time and enjoyed the beautiful house and furnishings. There are multiple sitting areas and the beds are extremely comfortable. The view of Lake Superior is gorgeous. The house is very well equipped with all the kitchen ware we could have needed. It is also stocked with many good books, puzzles and games. It is a perfect place to get away and relax.

We loved our stay at this North Shore gem! The house was very clean and we had everything we needed. The sauna was great, with easy access to the lake for plunging (bring water shoes for the rocks). Our kids loved looking at rocks along the shore and nearby Brighton Beach. Lester Park is very close and also worth a visit. Be aware there is one bath and it's on the 2nd floor (it wasn't an issue for us). The back porch was a great spot for the group to hang and eat meals. beautiful views from the back of the house. Beds were comfortable. Recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The arrival instructions were very clear and the parking passes a huge win in this busy area. The condo is beautiful and very clean with plenty to do to pass the time in between activities in the very walkable neighborhood. We often just did takeout and ate in the condo as it was better than sitting in a restaurant after a long day.

Words can’t even express the amount of gratitude we had for this space. We absolutely took advantage of the entire place. It was magical!. The location, the food, the view, all the people and all intentional things, What a gift!. Thanks for sharing your beautiful place with us. We will be back.

The condo had beautiful decor & perfectly set up!! We had all we needed for a wonderful weekend on the north shore!

This spot is a gem! We spent a beautiful weekend here with my family- and my kids are already asking when we can go back. Amazing views, lots of privacy in this beautiful and comfortable condo. We could have spent all weekend in the very fun pool and wandering the shores of Lake Superior. The location is also amazing jumping off point for exploring. Don’t miss Cedar Coffee in Two Harbors. We also went north to check out split rock and the black beach and south to the new scenic cafe, Duluth grill, and summer adventures and spirit mountain. The condo has three suites which offer nice space for each member of your party. Perfect for our family of five, and would also be great for a few families or a girls trip. The spot was easy to access and Karen was really responsive. I cannot wait to go back!

We really enjoyed our stay. We were there 6 days / 5 nights. Loved the cabin, the lake, conveniently included boat and kayaks. Close to the nearest town, Iron River, but not too close. The perfect vacation. Air BnB wants me to list both pros and cons; the ONLY cons i can think of is there wasn't stairs leading off the back porch, so its a big step. Not that big of a deal at all. And the other thing would be the bathroom layout. It would be more comfortable if the sink and toilet locations were swapped. As is, the toilet puts the user right up against the wall and door, but that's being real nit-picky. Honestly, we loved everything about our stay and will book again in the future. Thank you for everything!

Really convenient location with a beautiful view. Very clean and cozy and would stay here again. Loved that this place is pet friendly as well.
