Little Garden Room, London, SE21

This is a perfect little space (17m2) for 1 or 2 people to visit and have as a base for the discovery of London. It has everything you need for your stay. The bed is a comfortable Kingsize bed with a pocket sprung John Lewis mattress, it can be folded away to create more space. Wake up with the birds singing. We are on a private one way road, very quiet, parking is outside in front of the house. We have a little grey cat called Fern which wonders around, we hope you are not allergic to cats.

2 double bed, 2 bathroom flat in East Dulwich

This is my home in London, but I will be spending significant periods of time out of the city, so am making it available for use when I’m not around. It’s a lovely place, full of natural light and on a quiet street near to Lordship Lane, the main street in East Dulwich. There are two lovely parks a 10 minute walk away - Dulwich Park and Peckham Rye. There are double beds in both of the bedrooms, and the sofa is also a sofa double bed. I provide towels. A charming open plan basement room which is entirely self contained with its own entrance. Enjoy the tasteful kitchen facilities alongside the spacious en-suite bathroom. The flat is situated on the bottom floor of our Victorian house in the peaceful and leafy Telegraph Hill conservation area. It offers a comfortable bolt hole within easy reach of central London. There is plenty to do locally with green spaces, good pubs and restaurants close by as well as a myriad of Zone 2 transport links.

We are a shoe-free household. On offer is our beautiful home of 25 years for a few weeks in the year. There are 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It can accommodate up to 6 people. We are in a family area with fantastic transport links to Central London in 10-20mins by train. Nestled between trendy Herne Hill and upmarket Dulwich Village in London Zone 2. The area is surrounded by artisan coffee shops, delis and restaurants. Our house is walkable to both Brockwell and Dulwich parks.

A great one bedroom garden flat

This is a lovely one bedroomed, self contained garden flat. It is a light and airy space which has a open plan living area and kitchen. The bedroom has a double bed and a comfortable sofabed in the living room. ( please note that although there is a sofa bed, the flat is available to book for 2 guests, or three people if guests have a child) NB Please note that at present I am only taking bookings for a max 5 nights stay, thanks.
