Perfect host and appartment!

Location feels very cozy - very home-like; clean, thoughtfully arranged. Host was very responsive, very friendly, and explicit. The stay was fantastic! I recommend it to anyone looking for a good stay in a private, tasteful and cozy location.

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută în cadrul acestei cazări. Camera a fost curată, bine întreținută și exact ca în fotografii. Patul confortabil, lenjeria curată, iar baia impecabilă. Gazda a fost extrem de amabilă și receptivă, răspunzând rapid la mesaje. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

L'appartement d'Ovidiu est idéal pour rendre visite à quelqu'un qui habite à proximité de l'université. Pas loin du centre ville.

Recomand 100%! Simplu, modern, foarte curat(motivul de ce am și rezervat acest apartament!) plus ca una dintre camere are pat 180x200. Calitativ f ok! De la prosoape, lenjerii pana la mobiliar. Elegant și cu bun gust totul. AC uri în dormitoare! Super locație! Etajul trei sau patru..dar niste scări nu dăunează la nimeni! Revenim când vom fi în Timișoara!

Another excellent stay. Ela was very accommodating and flexible. Every time we have stayed it had been clean, comfortable and well equipped. I highly recommend to anyone.

The apartment is in a new apartment building. It is in a convenient location, easy to get to by car, and on the other hand it is close to the city center, about a ten-minute walk. There is parking in front of the building (we had the opportunity to use the underground garage) and there is a Lidl store across the street. The apartment is extremely spacious, beautifully decorated and looks even nicer than in the pictures. Everything was spotlessly clean and has everything you could need even for a longer stay. Since we were with children, a baby cot was waiting for us in the room. Iulian is very kind and helpful and really tries to make the stay in the apartment perfect.

I had a wonderful stay at Studio 118. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the city centre, making it very convenient for getting around. The studio was very clean, nicely maintained, and easy to access. While the design is a bit more simple compared to Studio 115, it was still very comfortable and functional. Ariana and Raul were fantastic hosts—extremely friendly, helpful, and communicative throughout my stay. They even assisted me with moving my luggage from one property to another, which I really appreciated. Communication was smooth and efficient from start to finish. One small suggestion would be to add some extension cords near the bed, as there aren’t any sockets nearby. That said, everything else was exceptional, and I would happily stay again or recommend it to others visiting the area.

Totul a fost super ok, apartamentul curat și îngrijit arată exact ca și în poze. Gazda a fost super receptivă și de ajutor. Recomand cu încredere!

Schönes, neu einrichtetes Appartment im 5. Stock eines Wohnblocks. Alles funktionierte und war sauber, gute Matraze, großer Schrank und grundlegende Küchenausstattung, Siebträgermaschine. Verhältnismäßig ruhig trotz großer Straßen, Supermarkt gegenüber. Das historische Zentrum ist in ca. 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß oder per Bus erreichbar. Problemlose Kommunikation und Check-in.

O locuinta draguta, mare , dotata cu tot ce ai nevoie. Gazda prietenoasa, totul a fost perfect ! :)

Apartamentul este intr-o stare foarte buna, totul este nou si renovat si dotarile sunt de calitate, este situat aproape de zona centrala a orasului, patul si canapeaua sunt confortabile, exista aer conditionat, bine venit pe timp de vara, la bucatarie exista toate dotarile necesare (minifrigider, plita si cuptor, hota, cuptor cu microunde, fierbator apa, aparat de cafea). Exista televizor atat in dormitor cat si in sufragerie, balcon la dormitor cu o masuta si 2 scaune, numai bune pentru relaxare. Exista spatii de depozitare in ambele camere. Recomand aceasta locuinta tuturor celor care viziteaza Timisoara.

The apartment is located in the walking only area, which made it perfect for visiting the town. Easy to find and also surrounded by amazing restaurants, bars, coffee shops and touristic locations. The apartment is quite big and spacious, with everything needed to make your stay relaxing and easy. Love the way that the space is so quiet, that we could not tell even if it was pouring rain outside. Definitely a super place.

Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Der Hauseingang als auch das Treppenhaus verwirren auf den 1. Blick ein wenig (etwas in die Jahre gekommen). Aber die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sehr hell und sehr ruhig.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und genauso wie in der Beschreibung. Alles war ordentlich und gemütlich, sodass wir uns wohlgefühlt haben. Cristian waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und er war immer schnell erreichbar, falls wir Fragen hatte. Vielen Dank!

Very nice stay! Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area. Parking on site, easy check-in and lovely accommodation. Even provided a free bottle of water in the fridge. Could have easily stayed longer at this apartment
