Enjoy sea-views from the living-room or be walking on the sand in 1 minute. The deck at the rear is sunny and rural with a sheltered BBQ area. Fully renovated, in keeping with it's Art Deco architecture, the gas-fire warms the living-room. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable (king in master/twin singles in 2nd bedroom) and OSP for 4 cars. It's a 7 minute walk to the swimming beach, cafe and dairy. Take the 16kms to Taieri Mouth for coastal scenery, fishing, walks and picnics.

Put your feet up and enjoy the morning with a freshly ground coffee as the sun streams through the large glass doors that open out through the kitchen, dining and living room and onto a deck. Stroll to the local cafes or park on the beachfront a maximum 200m away and enjoy a late lunch or shop at the local boutiques. Your private suite is separate from the rest of the house, with a digital lock entrance. Walk to the beach, St Clair esplanade cafes and hot salt water pool. 10 mins by car to the CBD. Bus stop one block away. A quiet street to relax or work. Spacious bedroom with a queen bed and lovely linens, ensuite, and attached sunroom with comfy chairs to have a nightcap or hot drink. Microwave, jug, bar fridge, wine glasses and basic crockery/cutlery to heat takeaways. Not a kitchen.
