French doors lead you to your private floriferous roof garden. Downstairs provides kitchen and bathroom. Access between upstairs and downstairs is via the deck and outdoor stairs, so not suitable for those with mobility issues. If you enjoy colour, comfort and quirky surrounds stay here.

This is a great place to stay in a quiet and pleasant residential area, just minutes from central Dunedin by car or via 2 bus routes. Easy parking on the road outside. It feels very safe. Caroline is helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Room as in photos, nice to have private WC. Very comfortable bed and all nice and clean. Fresh roses from the garden a delightful touch.

This was a great place to stay with comfortable beds and clean kitchen. The fireplace was an added plus as it was super cold in Dunedin. Also it was centrally located less than 5 mins to downtown.

Road Sun Tourist Lodge: Private room 1 (TM1)

A secluded and spacious property hidden in the hills above Dunedin. Excellent accommodation with high quality amenities. Enjoyed a cooked breakfast and great hospitality from hosts Leonard and Mandy. A wonderful weekend.

The Honeymoon Suite was perfect for our stay in Dunedin. The view outside the big windows can’t be beat! The bed is huge and the rug was so soft and plush—a downright luxurious experience. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s only a short drive to the city center. I especially appreciated all the amenities that you don’t always get in an Airbnb, like plush robes and snacks. I realized that I had forgotten to pack a razor but luckily there was a fresh disposable one provided.

Wonderful peaceful stay. Mairead was great and arranged the beds in single arrangement for us. House was spacious and very tidy with a great view over the beach/coast. Board games and the visiting cat were highlights. Thanks for having us in your beautiful place.
