Beachfront holiday rental in Dunedin

We completely enjoyed our stay here and have already talked about coming back to this sweet little spot! It’s the perfect location. Very doable walk to the beach and to so many restaurants and shops. The beach wagons that were available for use made the walk to the beach super easy. Never had to worry about parking! It’s the perfect spot for a quick two person getaway. Very affordable and accommodating! Eric was very helpful and even informed us we could check in earlier on our arrival day which was a blessing!

This Airbnb has a GORGEOUS view! It was so peaceful to be able to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean. And the beach was right there to walk down to. Was well-worth it to spend a week here away from my busy job - I’m leaving relaxed.

Todd’s place is beautiful! Included more things than most we have stayed in like coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, good beach chairs and wagon ! Lots of nice bath towels. Great location on the beach and nice big garage. The one thing that we noticed is the very low water flow in the showers making rinsing soap off a long process.

My girlfriend and I just spent 4 of the most amazing days here. Andrew and his team were the most attentive hosts I've ever had on vacation. The boathouse was so cute and the view while sitting on the back patio was so peaceful and serene. We went jetskiing which was located only a few feet away from all the units and Remy, our tour guide, was fantastic. I can't say enough about the way he assisted my girlfriend while she rode by herself for the first time. It was so much fun. We also went parasailing and the guides there, Zack and Jessie, were also awesome. They took our pictures using the photo package which came great. They gave us great recommendations about the things to do nearby, and played such good music on the boat. The view while up in the air was breathtaking, and also took pictures while riding and their photo package gave us great memories from the boat view. My husband and I needed a little staycation after a stressful few months. The little apartment at the beach was perfect. The location was beautiful despite the fact that the area is still recovering from a few hurricanes last year. The host was also very helpful and gave some great recommendations. The only negative thing that I can say is that my stay was too short. I look forward to staying there again.

We had a very enjoyable stay! The house was perfect for our family. We loved the pool and the location. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was perfect. The amenities that Anna provided were an added bonus...the beach chairs, cooler, etc. We lucked out when we found this Airbnb! Thanks so much Anna!

This was our 1st stay at Indian Shores. The place is walkable to a mart place and the beach. It was beautiful. The beds were super comfortable. It was a very clean place. I completely recommend.

We rolled into Oldsmar with two teenage metalheads in tow for the Metallica concert and needed a crash pad that could survive the aftermath—Larry’s place was perfect! Spotless, comfortable, and way more peaceful than the mosh pit we came from. Larry was a total rockstar host—super responsive, cool, and made everything easy. After a night of heavy metal mayhem, his place was exactly what we needed to recharge and regroup. If you’re headed to Tampa for a show or just want a clean, laid-back place to stay, this is your spot. Would absolutely shred… I mean, stay again!

We cannot say enough good things about this rental. It was beautiful inside and truly felt like a home away from home. The beds and couches were comfortable, and they provided plenty of bathroom towels. They even thought of things like phone charging outlets near the beds and nightlights in the bathrooms. There were plenty of beach chairs, toys and towels and even a wagon to take everything down to the beach. The location was also fabulous. Within walking distance to great restaurants, gelato, & markets and a short distance to the beach. We even enjoyed watching dolphins from the back patio in the evenings. The owners were wonderful to work with, and we would recommend this rental and will definitely stay here again.

A Truly Magical Stay! We absolutely loved our time at this beautiful Airbnb! The home was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool was pristine and perfect for afternoon dips after walking back from the beach, which was only a few minutes away on foot. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We felt completely safe and at home. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, and everything was exactly as described—if not better. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful escape!

Absolutely perfect stay! This spacious, spotless 2/2 condo on the Clearwater Cut is ideally located near shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The private palm-shaded lounge and beach area felt like a hidden oasis, and it’s just a short walk to the stunning public beaches. The well-equipped layout made relaxing easy, and the balcony view was simply breathtaking. Can’t wait to come back and recharge again!

The place was just perfect! It was so clean and a great location, it’s on a stretch of beach that doesn’t get too crazy busy. The staff at the building were just as great as the host ! Would 100% stay here again

This was a great getaway for us, even though it was for a few short days. The house was spotless and the pool/spa were extremely relaxing. The area had lots to do and see and the sunsets were like nothing else. We enjoyed every aspect of this hidden gem and can't wait to find an excuse to come back to relax all over again.

We love this area! This property is beautiful and Hilda is wonderful to work with! We unfortunately had an issue with the air conditioning which was no one’s fault. Hilda was very helpful and got us relocated to another property since it could not be fixed quickly. This situation was very unfortunate but Hilda could not have been better to work with! We will definitely go back and stay at one of Frank and Hilda’s properties

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully decorated and very clean home. It was incredibly spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of five, with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The location was perfect—just one block from public beach access, making it super convenient to enjoy the shore. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely book again! Highly recommend.

Great location just few steps from the beach. Just few minutes walk from the Main Street where all the restaurants are. Very quiet street and easy to park. I’d stay there again on next visit to Clearwater.

We absolutely loved this spot. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. One of the best aspects was the opportunity to use the stand-up paddle boards and the kayaks and the water views. The location was perfect. The wildlife amazing - we even saw Dolphins swim by as we were leaving. The accommodations inside - updated and clean. One of our favorite airbnbs to date. Highly recommend

Great place with great location and great hosts. This place is walking distance to the whole strip of Clearwater beach. It was perfect for a little weekend getaway and the host was very on top of everything!

Perfection! Scott was such a responsive and accommodating host. Scott knew we had an early flight, and he let us check in as soon as their place was ready. Scott even made sure there was a pack n play for our little one, which exceeded our expectations. The location directly on the beach made sunsets after a busy day so relaxing. We got to see a lot of seabirds and dolphins right from the balcony. Everything we needed was there. The place was very clean throughout with a fully functioning kitchen and all necessary beach supplies. We made unforgettable memories for our first Florida family vacation, and we could not have asked for a better location with the best host. Thank you so much!

Such a lovely cottage with an unbeatable oceanfront location. The beach is the backyard! We loved the Old Florida feel of the cottage, but it was also very clean and well-appointed. We also loved that there was plenty of beach gear, toys, and games available for the Scruggs Harbor guests to borrow. Morgan is a wonderful host — quick to respond and around if you need her. We most certainly would love to stay here again!

My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay at this peaceful serene get away. The home was lovely, super clean, updated and we loved watching the sunset on the balcony. The owner even left us a nice surprise basket! We had a professional photographer come to capture our engagement. The pictures turned out beautiful with the beach and park close by. We only wished we would have stayed longer!

We love the location. Very walkable to the beach and local restaurants. Host is always very responsive. We have stayed here twice and will likely stay again.
