Great house, clean, organized, and very spacious layout. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home! Booked for my bachelorette and it was such beautiful space. Only 20 minutes from Dunedin beach! Or do what we did and have an entire pool day in the gorgeous heated pool! Bree was very responsive and helpful too!

Overall our stay was great! Jeff was very responsive, and left us a lot of recommendations for local restaurants. The house was very clean and the pictures accurately reflected how to house looked. The only downsides were the large bugs that somehow got in the home. There were 3 occasions this happend but they seemed harmless. The net around the pool had a tear in it allowing spiders and lizards inside of the pool area but they stayed around the outside of the pool so we could avoid them.

I booked this AirBnb to stay there with my 3 kids, mom, and nephew. I work abroad and havent seen them in over a year. This airbnb and the surrounding area provided us with plenty to do and we achieved the goal of spending quality time together. Every day we would hit the beach and then when were in the house we would play games, watch movies, or swim. It was VERY relaxing with the quietness and beautiful scenery. Definitely worth the money for the memories we created. If youre on the fence about this place, book soon as possible or else you'll miss out.

We visited for my son's graduation. The house accommodated us very well. Spacious, clean, plenty of towels. The pool, grill, and fire pit was a plus.

Absolutely loved my stay at Anna’s house! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt extremely welcoming. I especially appreciated how private and peaceful it was—perfect for relaxing after a long day. Anna was a wonderful host and made everything easy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a getaway!

We love Tu’s house! 10 min drive to honeymoon island state park beach. We kayaked to Caladesi Island and absolutely love this location! Beds were very comfortable and the pool was perfect! Tu accommodated us for a late check out and was always quick to respond. We will definitely book again! 🏝️✨

Condor's Nest offered everything that our party of seven needed in true 5 star fashion. The location was perfect for walking into town which was a huge bonus and the setting, with the Gulf a few steps away made every evening awe inspiring.

my family stayed at Leslie's place for Father's Day weekend, and we had a great time in her spacious, comfortable home. She really thought of all the details. I have two small children 3yo and 5 months old, and it was so nice to have toys, books, wipes, pack n play, and even a little balance bike available to use! so many amenities, the rooms were spacious and clean, the kitchen was well appointed, and a little basket of commonly forgotten things was such a thoughtful addition. really close to honeymoon Island. we will certainly stay again!

For being an older home, it was in decent condition. We had 6 guests and it was perfect for our group. We were able to order food easily and plenty of room for everyone. The back porch was nice to hang out and relax. Would definitely recommend

Great home in a nice neighborhood. Nice set- up with everything you need. The beds were comfortable and the plus was having 3 bathrooms so everyone could get ready.

Location, location, location! My husband, 17 month old and I absolutely LOVED our stay here. We really appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella that we were able to use- saved us having to rent them at the beach. Kristen also had a binder full of menus and recommendations. So many incredible places to walk to and dine at. Plus a farmers market Friday and Saturday morning in the downtown park. Cannot say enough great things about this place and the host, Kristen! Super responsive and accommodating. The beds, super comfy too! We will be back ☺️

The communication and ability to extend another day was seamless. The hosts were amazing, informative, flexible, and friendly. I definitely will come back again and stay there- central to a lot of things. The trip was so much more fun and comfortable staying here! I recommend this place 100 times over! Perfect home for our family visit to the area. Beds were very comfortable. House was clean and comfortable. Pool and outdoor area were perfect for hanging out and enjoying the nice weather. Close drive to downtown Dunedin or Clearwater. Highly recommend.

We absolutely LOVED this house and will probably make it an annual trip. The house is gorgeous and soooo well stocked! My whole family enjoyed the house and the games downstairs! The snacks and personalized note was such a thoughtful touch. What a fantastic spot! Chris was great too! 10/10 would recommend this listing!

Our stay at Nick & Anna’s place was exactly what we needed. As soon as we walked in we felt at home. We all exclaimed the place was super cute and tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed and there are so many stores very close by for all your needs. Nick and Anna were very proactive with their communication and provided such detailed instructions. They were so very accommodating and we will absolutely book with them again. We will also let all our friends and family know about Nick & Anna’s place when they make a trip down. You will not be disappointed!

It was a comfortable spacious home. Ideal for gathering with multiple people. Many amenities included. You could also separate into the warmth of different types of rooms. Laura allowed the family to bring their dogs which made everyone happy. It was close to main road and you could easily get to restaurants, stores or beaches.

the house was clean and inviting. the neighborhood was also very quiet and close to town which had just about any store you would need in a 5-10 minute distance. beach is supposed to be 15 mins but that depends on the traffic which can get kinda bad but overall it was very good. plenty of utensils and plates and kitchen artillery to cook with. beds are cozy and showers are pristine clean. only thing i will say is for a 3 bedroom that can sleep around 8, there should be more clean towels because we only had three i think. otherwise very delightful stay, and i'd definitely go again

The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, beds were cozy, and there were thoughtful touches throughout that made it feel like home. Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys etc were available to borrow and that was awesome too. The host was super responsive and kind. Check-in was seamless, and the local recommendations they provided were spot on. We fell in love with Honeymoon Island, Clearwater and Ana Maria Island and we plan to return soon! The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, and we were greeted by friendly neighbors anytime we went for walks. I’d absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience! The warm pool was the kids most favorite part of the house. Only 20 min from airport. Awesome all around!
