My family and I had a wonderful long weekend at Joanna’s place. The location is peaceful and relaxing, yet still an easy drive into the city centre. The house was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean, clearly well cared for. It’s definitely a home we’d love to return to next time we’re in Dunedin.

Brandon Greg's place is an older style house, which is really spacious and warm. bedrooms, lounge and deck are huge. kitchen is great, and we cooked a few meals. the master bedroom is big enough for its own lounge, with 2 comfortable single chairs and a fold out couch-bed. Well suited our family of 4.

A most suitable home for our family of 10 with a large outdoor table for dinner in fine weather and similarly big indoor dining table when it rained. The private beach access takes about 2 minutes to tidal mudflats, and great vantage point for viewing sunsets. This home a good base for exploring the coast road. Its a few minutes walk or very short drive to Warrington's main beach where children enjoyed riding the waves on boogie boards. Thank you very much Lynley. We all enjoyed staying at your home.

Beautiful place in perfect location.

Very clean and tidy, everything you need for a comfortable stay, very responsive host, relaxing area.

Craig's place was comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed, including our host - Harry the cat! Mosgeil is a friendly wee place, a quiet haven from the busyness of Dunedin and a good base for exploring the Peninsula. The weather even came right too!

We had such a lovely, peaceful stay at this little house. Perfect garden for our dog and house is nice and close to everything it needs to be. We were very grateful for the big firewood pile as we visited over a very very cold weekend!

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! Anna, our host, was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure we felt right at home. The property was immaculate—clean, tidy, and filled with natural light. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, adding to the overall comfort. The location was perfect for our needs, just a short drive from Dunedin’s town center and conveniently situated between the airport and local shops. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the rear of the house, overlooking a well-maintained garden with mature trees and lush borders. The peaceful surroundings made it a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. Thank you, Anna! We look forward to staying here again.

Beautiful views and great location made this an ideal Airbnb , well suited to our group of four. It’s conveniently located near the Royal Albatross Centre, where we got great views of the Albatross community and the return of the blue penguins after dark. We also enjoyed looking at the artwork in the house.

Ann-Marie was very quick to respond and made everything so easy for us. Her place was affordable and in a great location. When we come back to Dunedin we’ll definitely be back.

We loved the character of the Professors House. An extremely relaxing home and great views with lots of great places to explore in the near surrounding area.

We really appreciated being able to bring our dog. There was a secure yard, park within walking distance and short drive to the beach. Secure offstreet parking and competitively priced. Would stay again.

This is a beautiful old home with plenty of space for big families and gorgeous gardens. Heidi and her family are very considerate and accommodating of traveling with kids which made it super easy to be away from home. Would definitely recommend this home and hosts to others.

Loved the character and all the cool old things to look at on walls. comfy, clean and handy to the racecourse and the pub!

Sue and Dean's place is just wonderful. A lovely, serene, well appointed gem with all you need for a comfortable stay, and a view that's gold. We didn't want to leave! They are perfect hosts and we would highly recommend a stay there on your next trip to Dunedin/Otago. Great location as well. We were thoroughly pleased.

The room is clean and comfortable, the mattress is of good quality in Airbnb, and I slept very comfortably.The candy prepared by the owner is very good

Shannon was such a lovely friendly host, she was quick to respond to my queries and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was so nice and my kids loved the array of toys they left for us. House was clean when we arrived and the hot tub was fired up and warm - so lovely!

Jason went out of his way to make our stay special. Perfect for a large family group who love to stay together but aren't squashed in. Coffee machine is fantastic and the view is a time waster. House was warm and inviting. Would definitely stay again.

Our time at the harbour hideaway was amazing. Adelle and Greg went above and beyond in welcoming us and answering questions that we had. They set up the heater on the hot tub ahead of time so it was ready and available when we arrived. The views from their place were amazing and the food provided was delicious. The place is beautifully decorated and felt super cozy. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time to spend there.

Definitely recommend. Absolutely love the local area and this accommodation provides a serene base to explore the local sights.
