Fort de Vauville

The Fort de Vauville, listed as a Historic Monument, was built in the 18th century and designed by the architect of Louis XIV, Sébastien de Vauban. Only house on the beach, exposed to rains, winds and storms, Fort de Vauville is rustic and not suitable for cozy people! This small fortress was built with the intention to protect the French coast. The Fort de Vauville is the last of the 40 then built at the time along the Cotentin coast.

Quiet and peaceful, ideally located close to major industrial sites in the region (DCNS, ORANO, EPR Flamanville...) and tourist sites. It is fully equipped, kitchenette with the necessary kitchen equipment, open bathroom, sheets, towels and tea towels included in the rental.
