"Holiday home near the beach and in the center."

We, a family with 4 children (8, 11, 14 and 16 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. Our holiday cottage is on the super nice 5 star campsite the Watersnip in Petten.All amenities are available. An outdoor pool; ala cart restaurant; supermarket; animation team; bike rental; laundry, and more. It is located within walking distance of the beach. Nearby are beautiful cycling and walking routes. The Schoorl mountain bike trail is 5 km away. Nearby cities are Schagen and Alkmaar. Shortly to a holiday destination with plenty of opportunities.

This cozy summer house is located on our yard behind our home. It has a nice kitchen unit, a sitting area with a nice sofa, TV with WiFi, a dining area, 1 bedroom with a double box spring and a nice bathroom. The bed is made up upon arrival. Outside, we have created a nice sunny space for you, which you can use to your heart's content. Peace, and from the street you have a view of the beautiful dunes of Greetings.

The house is totally renovated. The garden is on the waterfront and the view is amazing! It's located on the best spot in Town. Just a 1 min walk to the famous harbour of Hoorn, and the historic city center is just a 3 min walk away. There you find the central square 'de Roode Steen' with all the bars and cosy restaurants.
