Situated in the heart of Dungarvan, Number 10 is a dual story apartment with its own private balcony just off Dungarvan Quay with fabulous sea views. Upon entrance to main building both a lift and stairs are available. Town centre is within 2 minute walking distance. The start of the Greenway is also close by (within walking distance). We do have 2 adult bikes available for use and there is space where you can store your bikes if you choose to bring your own or there is bikes available locally.

It is 200 metres from the new cycle/walk Greenway which goes from Dungarvan to Waterford with a total distance of 46k. The local beach in Abbeyside is 200m and the beautiful beach of Clonea is 5K which can be accessed by a bicycle path. There are 3 golf courses in the area. The childrens playground and shops are a 3 min walk from the house.

From artist studio to guest house, this little building is an ongoing project, with so much to offer. Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it. If you keep climbing across small fields and a strip of forest, you’ll find yourself on Slievenamon’s mountain trails. Stunning 1800's Townhouse Dungarvan Town Centre

Lovingly restored 1800's house in the town centre. This is our very loved three-storey family home with enclosed private garden and parking on site. Perfect for family gatherings, reunions of old friends, and five minutes walk to the square and access to the Greenway and beaches. WiFi throughout with three ensuites on the second floor and a three bedroom family suite with a bathroom on the top floor. The local food is delicious though you may not want to leave this house for it!
