Total floor area is 50m2. The outlook from the living area and the private outdoor deck is onto Parkwater forest, where you can hear birdsong and feel the nature right on your doorstep.

Take in views extending over treetops to Geographe Bay from the pool. This property oozes character & charm in a tranquil neighbourhood. Situated on the quieter west side of town, and on the way to the beach....the rails to trails path nearby takes you through the beautiful forest and bush, or a short ten minute drive away are the stunning beaches, wineries and caves. Hire or bring a bike and explore the many mountain bike trails.

A private driveway, will lead you to the quaint, Kingfisher Grove Cottage. Our cosy 1 bedroom cottage is situated between Surfers Point and Margaret River Town, it has a fully equipped kitchen, open plan living, a comfortable king size bed and laundry. A couch bed is also available. Enjoy a walk or bike ride past Cape Mentelle and Xandadu Vinyards, along the tranquil bush track into town and finish the day watching the sunset at Surfers Point or relaxing with a glass of wine on the deck.

The nearest beach is at Gracetown bay just a 15 minute drive from the property.
