The Studio is the north wing of our Old Dunsborough home, purpose-built to host couples in comfort and grace. With separate entry and parking, guest independence and privacy are assured. The Studio offers wifi and smart TV for your evening entertainment, or for that weekend retreat. Secure storage for boards and bikes, with mtb trails 100m away. The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

Yallingup Pure Living (Breakfast and Free Wifi)

Unwind and wake to birdsong in a perfect couples' (or singles) getaway in the Yallingup Hills. The bathroom is luxuriously spacious, containing double shower heads /basins, plus a large bath. A huge walk-in robe is perfect for getting ready for evenings out. Bedroom has a new queen bed. Relax and enjoy the view from the sunny living area. Have your breakfast and coffee, read a book, or watch sunsets from your private deck. You'll be self sufficient in the kitchenette. Kangaroos pop by daily.

Park Paradise

Located on the 13th hole overlooking the tranquil fairways of the quality Dunsborough Lakes Golf course and Park. This modern new designer house is perfect for singles and couples. The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property is well equipped with all of the facilities to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. With reverse cycle heating/cooling, open plan kitchen/dinning/entertainment area, theatre room, alfresco area, free wi-fi and Netflix!! A perfect place to relax and feel comfortable.

This private studio is just 300m from town and the beach. Attached to the main house but fully self‑contained, it offers your own entrance and a secluded courtyard. Inside, you’ll find a queen bedroom, an ensuite bathroom, a kitchenette, and a comfortable lounge room. The studio includes reverse‑cycle air conditioning, Wi‑Fi and a TV. The private courtyard is ideal for storing bikes or surfboards and there is shaded off‑street parking. Access is simple with a lockbox at the studio entrance.
