Apartment holiday rentals in Durango

What a wonderful lake house! There’s 2 full kitchens, 3 full baths, and three floors of living space- it’s a wonderful spot to spread out or house multiple families. The best part is the gorgeous view of the lake from the many windows and beautiful porch. The hummingbird feeder attracts hundreds of visits every day. The hosts are gracious and communicative. Don’t hesitate to book this place- it has everything you need and more.

This place is great for a ski vacation. The condo is within 100 yards of the main lift which is a very easy walk through the plaza and another 25 yards through the snow. Several restaurants are an easy walk away. The scenery is amazing and everyone is very friendly. The apartment was clean and delightful. There is a nice fireplace. My only suggestion is to bring your own kindling to make the fire starting process a little easier. We took advantage of the hot tub which was two floors up! The water was very warm and the experience was a nice end to the day! I would highly recommend this place !!

Our stay was as expected with everything we needed.

This cozy efficiency is a close (5 min) walk from the ski lifts. It is well stocked with everything you need, and communication with the host is fast and reliable. The mattress on the queen bed is very firm, which might not be ideal for those who prefer a softer mattress. The view out the window is amazing. We had a great time.

John and Anne's place was perfect for our trip to down to the Durango area. It was comfy for my family of 4 and we felt right at home. The place was clean and smelled great. John and Anne put plenty of extras in the homes for us and I love the personal touches they added from their lives. They were also very responsive. The area is private and beautiful. It's right outside of Bayfield which has a few restaurants and shops or you can take the 30 minute drive to Durango and Pagosa Springs if you are looking for more. There's lots to do in the area, so I wish we would of stayed longer.

Karen’s condo was perfect for us. It was walking distance to the lifts and everything else. Our son went to the fitness center every morning and throughly enjoyed the equipment and facilities. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely recommend it for your next visit to Purgatory.

The room is perfect for a couple or small family and also stocked with many things that not all places provide. Access to the golf and pool/jacuzzi was very nice. Quiet was also notable.

My requirements are clean, safe & great location. This place met them all. For the age of the building, I was surprised at how clean it was. The beds were comfortable & the place was very quiet. I highly recommend it.

Great location. Right in the middle of historic Durango. Everything you may need is just a short walk away. The condo is cozy and perfect for two. The hosts (Whitney and Brad) quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay! Well worth the money! The hospitality from Lee and his wife makes you really feel welcomed!

It was such a lovely place. Was in impression it would be very small but was perfect size. Endless views. Sitting out and letting our toddler play is the best memory from this place.

Just a beautiful location! Truly did not want to leave. The house was stunning and the view was even better. Just a short drive to down town Durango and to Purgatory ski resort. Couldn’t have picked a better spot! The host was very sweet and the home was very inviting. The place was well decorated with very modern decor. Hopefully will come again!

El Nido Apartment is a wonderful place to stay in Cortez! The location is beautiful with sunset views over Totten Lake. You are close enough to town to be there in 5 minutes, but far enough away to have peaceful surroundings. The apartment was spotless and super clean. Will stay again the next time we are in Cortez!

Brittany’s place was very nice! We loved the location with the river & the train. The apartment had very nice finishes. All the linens were very nice and the bed was great! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some meals. Lovely place. We would definitely stay here again!

Easy check in, very clean, comfortable bed, great location…walking distance to groceries, dining and train stations.

Angie and Cole are amazing hosts - they were so receptive and helpful for our rescheduling needs of our Airbnb due to my partner’s illness that came on very suddenly. They were extremely communicative, helpful, and kind! They even left us roses and candy for our honeymoon. We loved the space of the Airbnb too and the location was perfect for our time in Durango. My only comments would be that some of the dishes in the cabinet were dirty upon our arrival, and the Airbnb itself could use a deep clean but our bedding and everything else was pristine. We loved our stay here. Thank you so much, Angie and Cole!!

My girlfriend and I loved our stay at Kristen’s condo! I personally think it’s even nicer in person than what they’re able to depict in the pictures. The area was gorgeous, peaceful, and comfy. The club property that it’s in also has so much to it; we took advantage of the gym, got some gelato from one of the restaurants, and took a walk on the huge property. It was a little chilly in the apartment when we went (but not terribly so / winter conditions) and so it was a little confusing figuring out how to get the bedroom specifically comfortable temp wise for us. There’s a lot of blankets to use that solved the situation for us though. The bed was also very comfy! But everything else was great!

Highly recommend! The house had beautiful views, was very clean, and felt like home. We’d definitely stay here again. The view from the hot tub is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Rhonda And Todd’s very communicative and helpful.

Thomas was a great host. When his 2 bedroom unit was unavailable, he generously offered his beautiful 4 bedroom unit for our stay. Everything was better than described. Unbelievable views and easy access to skiing

We stayed at Peter and Wendy for a 3 day ski/snowboard excursion to Telluride. Peter and Wendy were great hosts and their place was warming, comfortable and in a great location. Surrounded by beautiful snow capped mountains it was stunning. The apartment was clean, comfortable and private just as described. Definitely planning on returning next year.

GREAT location just at the end of town. Walkable to the train station, coffee shops (Durango Bagel 😋), boutiques, restaurants, etc. Clean & cozy space. Super helpful staff! Kids loved the rec room. Enjoyed the hot tub! Great stay!

The check in was a little odd. I think this property is a timeshare so we were communicating with someone over the app but there was also a front desk staff that didn’t seem to communicate with the owners. However we loved the location and the room was great. We had plenty of space and could even hear the concert at the restaurant next door from our porch (it ended by 9).

This is the best place to stay at Purgatory Resort. Ski-in Ski-out is an understatement. Literally, skied right to ski lift. I would recommend staying here every trip to Purgatory Resort. Kris is always helpful in every aspect.
