The City of Carcassonne is less than half an hour away, the beaches of Gruissan and Narbonne 45 minutes away, Spain 1 hour away, many Cathar castles nearby...

3 rue de la poste, Vignevielle is our holiday home in France. It is a beautiful old building that we have made into a small, simple home for the holidays. The village itself is quite remote, being 30 minutes by car from the nearest grocery shops. Our guests enjoy the tranquility of village life and the beautiful scenery. Welcome to St Jean! This small house with its small swimming pool full of charm, quiet and authentic, is only 30 minutes from the beach and coves of Leucate, and 10 minutes from the river for good swims. We have everything here or nearby. You will discover our famous wines (Castelmaure among others), our olive oil, our honeys, our goat cheeses... This place is great for all hikes, including the nearby Cathar Trail (Durban). A little paradise!

This village house consists of a cozy living room, bathroom, separate toilet and storage on the ground floor. Two bedrooms, separated by a landing/mezzanine, are located upstairs and can accommodate 4 people and a child. All shops and services are close by in the village, municipal swimming pool, tennis, boules court, hiking trails. Durban-Corbières is conveniently located in the heart of the Corbières: 1/2 hour from the coast and Narbonne
