Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Durban

A great space for a weekend rest. The apartment had lots of pleasant touches. The balcony overlooking a lush sprawling landscape was a big plus.

We enjoyed our stay at Arnold’s, the place was peaceful and quiet. I don’t have anything to fault but to say Thank You for opening your home for us.

We’ve have stayed there numerous times and love it. It’s like a home away from home. Love it and we’ll definitely be back

Paige is a super friendly host . We met her as she was just attending to a small issue (pipe leak) . They were very quick and not in our way at all. It was a Sunday and we all know how hard it is to find a good plumber willing to work on a weekend. I will definitely book in again when I am in that area .I wish her all the success.

We had an absolutely wonderful three days in Kathy’s place. The photos don’t do the place justice. The views are incredible… we chose staying in and enjoying the views over eating out. The beds and furniture are so comfortable and the place is beautifully decorated. Everything was clean and Kathy was so responsive and easy to communicate with. We loved the peace we felt in her home and will undoubtedly be back soon. Highly highly recommend!!

Rocky and Kerry are absolutely wonderful hosts and went above and beyond. The place felt like a holiday but comfortable like home aswell. The location is ideal you don’t need to drive anywhere. I will definitely be back when I visit Umhlanga again. Everyone that visited me thought it was stunning. What a beautiful place to stay and it has everything you need.

This is the most thoughtful host I have ever experienced. Do not go grocery shopping without checking in first… so many items were provided. I loved how close it is to a mall but is a full on farm barn experience. I am still intrigued by the place…

Douglas our host is fabulous, always a message away alongside Thulani our caretaker who lives on site while maintaining privacy for us guests. The facilities are more than perfect for us three adults and we slept like babies. Book the house and you will be blown away. Thank you for having us, we will come back again.

We arrived around 5pm and found the key in the lockbox. Sandy was very responsive to our needs. There was a problem with one of the air conditioners and she sent a technician out to remedy the problem. The solar panels, inverter and battery were a real bonus as there were a couple of unexpected power outages and we were not affected by them. The house is spacious with beautiful sea views from most of the bedrooms and living areas. It is well decorated and makes for good and comfortable living with more than enough kitchen utensils to cater for our full house of eight people and three dogs. Sipho worked during the week keeping the garden and pool area clean, including cleaning the braai. We used him inside a couple of times to clean at an additional cost paid directly to him. He even washed our cars without being asked to do so. When the deck overlooking the ocean became a bit windy, we used the well protected pool and covered braai area. The pool table and dart board added to the fun

Melissa was the BEST. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had! The place is absolutely beautiful and truly became the highlight of our vacation. The check-in process was smooth. It was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed and more. I highly recommend this place and I am definitely going back.

Wow, what an amazing house! Stunning with plenty of room and right on the beach. Everybody who went just loved the place and can't wait to go back. What a beautiful spot! From the moment you arrive you feel as though you can exhale. Stunning place, beautiful furniture linen and every amenity. Special touches like great coffee, milk in the fridge and just all round welcoming space. Oh but the views of the ocean!! Wow! Literally a few steps away with direct beach access and access to the promenade with its host of beautiful restaurants and close proximity to shopping etc. You can’t get better value for money in such a beautiful space and location than this spot in Umhlanga! Oh and the host was the cherry on top. Warm, helpful, responsive. I will be booking again! That’s for sure. 🔥🔥🔥

Ryan's place is home away from home. We enjoyed our stay, and he is such a great host.

I HIGHLY recommend this venue. It is perfect for a small family trip. The unit is spacious, fully equipped, and even has a washer/dryer. It is just steps from the beach/boardwalk, and the host provides helpful items like beach towels and beach chairs. Just note that it’s on the top floor of the building, so pack accordingly since you’ll need to carry your bags. Loren is an excellent host, fully responsive, and so very helpful. There are multiple beachside restaurants less than a 5 minute walk from the building, and lots of rock pools and safe swimming areas along the beach. If you are looking to stay in Ballito, this is the place.

Nicely laid out space for a group-share: four independent rooms, each with an en suite full bathroom. Proximity to beach is excellent. The condo is outfitted with everything you'd need--from kitchen gear to beach towels, etc. We were a group of seven attending a wedding and had a great time in the space. Trish was also very helpful: when one guest forgot his passport in the condo, she was quick to let us back into the space well after checkout. I would recommend Trish's place for anyone looking for a fun pad to connect with family and friends, beachside.
