The apartment has a 180-degree view of the Adriatic Sea and the city of Durres. The sandy beach is 20 steps away. You will love watching the sunsets with a glass of wine to the light music of the neighboring hotels. There are swimming pools, beaches equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants for every taste! The apartment is suitable for longer stays at any time of the year! We have excellent internet and a large balcony!

A two-room apartment! Newly renovated apartment. Beautiful, stylish, well-maintained, spacious and very bright! Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. 5 minutes walk to the sea. Nice people live nearby. Completely safe!!! There are 2 balconies. Air conditioner Refrigerator A washing machine Dishes Bedding Fan Wi-Fi Water is always available, good pressure. Wonderful place , close to the beach and restaurants. It's very clean around.
