Very close to the sea, just 10 meters. 15-20 minutes' walk to the city center, calm in winter and energetic in summer. The sea of Durazzo is a welcoming sea for everyone. This studio is on the 1st floor, but if you don't want the stairs you can use the elevator. The prices of the restaurant, bar, bus and everything are very convenient.
