Holiday rentals with beach access in Durrës

We felt very comfortable in the apartment of Aurel and Maria. The apartment has generous amenities and is as described in the pictures. The path to the beach was within minutes and restaurants, bars and markets for shopping nearby. There was also a pharmacy in the area. 100% recommended!

Egnisa's place is very well located and well maintained, with an amazing view of the beach, right in the centre of the beautiful part of Durres beach. She was proactive in sharing the check in details ahead of time and making the check in process very smooth, even though we had a late midnight check in due to last minute flight delays. There are plenty of options to eat around and the beach is right in front of you. Thank you for hosting us!

The apartment is located directly on the promenade with a balcony that has a beautiful view overlooking the sea. There are several restaurants, coffee shops and bakeries in easy walking distance. All the places I've eaten at in the area have been excellent. There's also a taxi area about a block away where you can grab a cab and go anywhere you need. It's an excellent location. Stivi has been an amazing host. Very responsive to questions and has gone out of his way to help. The airline lost my luggage and because of the language barrier he offered to help speak to the delivery men to ensure that that my luggage was delivered correctly. The delivery men refused to enter the city and said that I had to meet them and pick up my luggage. Not knowing the area, the language and having no access to a vehicle Stivi generously volunteered to drive me to the meeting place so I can pick up my luggage. I'll be eternally thankful for that. When I return to Albania, I will be staying here

Very comfortable apartment 1 minute away from the beach and a short walk to dozens of good restaurants. The host was very helpful and friendly, and the apartment was loaded with amenities. Highly recommended!!

This apartment has a beautiful view and the beach is literally in front of you. Just go down the elevator, leave the building and turn to the left and the beach is 30 meters in front of you. I definitely recommend this property to visit in June like I did, because the beach is almost empty and the water is nice! Thank you.

1st time visiting Albania and definitely not the last. Klaidi was the perfect host. He was extremely helpful and always there to respond to any issues. We loved the Villa and the Kitchen was extremely well equipped with all utensils you would need. The outdoor dining area was a lovely place to eat and enjoy and have a good get together. The Villa was good value for money but would benefit from some modernisation. We loved our stay and would recommend anyone to visit and enjoy this lovely place.

Our trip brings us for the second time Albania , and it is without hesitation that we opted again for Durrës to make the first stop (1 month). For having experienced the kindness of the Albanians, the good overall quality of the internet network, and the long walks in nature, it was obvious to get away from the noisy city center to try the adventure at Tea's in Hamallaj. And we weren't disappointed. It's actually a single storey house that has 2 large apartments, with a fenced garden. A location 500m from the beach, good WiFi connection, a really complete equipped kitchen, small shops in the neighborhood ( including a 3-minute walk that accepts Paiments en CB), Snack, Barbier, tooling store, 24/7 tobacco shop... And it seems that it slowly continues to develop, all within a radius of less than1 km. We'll definitely be back for a stop when we leave for the Adriatic! Thanks Tea:)

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The villa was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect. Cheaa was an excellent host, always quick to respond and accommodating to any requests or questions we had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting .

We arrived at nighttime and had no problem finding the house. Ilda sent videos to find it and that was very helpful! The house is in a perfect location. One minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and promenade. The house is located in the woods and far enough away, so you do not hear noise. The best part is the garden! A large patio with a stone grill, tables and chairs. A hammock for napping. A lot of room for everyone. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. There was plenty of beach chairs, towels, etc. to use. Clear instructions for everything. I would highly recommend Ilda's home.

Excellent place and excellent service from the host

This was a lovely little apartment. Clean, spacious and has all the amenities you need. The outdoor space is gorgeous, with fairy lights and very comfortable seating. The area feels very safe and is a 5 minute walk to the beach with loads of cool beach bars. Rovena was very helpful with recommendations and suggestions and always responded very promptly. 100% recommend!

Florian was a great host. Easily contactable and accommodating. The house was immaculately clean and well equipped. We felt very comfortable during our stay. It’s a lovely house with plenty of room. It really is just a couple of minutes walk to the beach where there are plenty of places to eat. Thank you!

The place was wonderful. The apartment was clean, well equipped and nicely designed. It’s very close to the beach amd surrounded by restaurants and shops. Seva communicated friendly and quickly, gave clear instructions and advise. We would highly recommend it.

Great place to stay in Durres. About a 15-20 min walk from city center, but closer to all the good restaurants. I highly recommend staying here and visiting Gate03 for dinner. It’s totally worth it. Great views and can tan on the balcony after around 15:30 (3:30 pm). Will hopefully be staying here again!

The best apartment I've stayed in on Airbnb!

We are very satisfied with our stay here. We unexpectedly still wanted to use bicycles and this was picked up quickly and kindly. Everything was possibly within walking distance. Busy to come that way by car.

Aldo was incredibly helpful during our stay. We initially booked this apartment but decided to extend our visit. Unfortunately, the apartment wasn't available for the next day, so I booked another one through Aldo. He was kind enough to arrange for us to check out of one apartment and check in immediately to the next. The apartments were lovely and had everything we needed. I highly recommend this experience!

Our stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Durrës was just perfect! The apartment is modern, clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The location is unbeatable - just a few minutes from the beach and with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. Our host Juli was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He was always available, provided us with great tips for the area and made our stay unforgettable. You can tell that he attaches great importance to making her guests feel at home. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend this Airbnb!

Nice apartment. It was very clean with a good kitchen and bathroom. All amenities were provided: air conditioning, oven and a good TV. There was also a balcony with a very nice view. The downside was that walking to and from the building was difficult due to very steep slopes. Contact with the host was good, and renting a car through the host was very easy. Tip is to let the host know when you arrived, as we got the key from a neighbor and we would have had to wait a long time if we didn't let us know our arrival. Another downside may be that reaching the beach on foot takes quite a long time, because the apartment is by the sea, but not on the beach but a boulevard. We are very satisfied with our time here and it is definitely recommended.
