Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Durrës County

Wonderful little townhouse in the middle of Tirana. Easy to store our bicycles in the front “yard” for safe storage. Spacious house with two rooms and two beds in each. Eldri is extremely responsive and comes immediately if you need hands on assistance or answers quick through WA or Airbnb app. The yard could have mosquitoes so be prepared. There is bug repellent available in the house and the windows are covered with bug netting so as long as you keep the door closed they won’t come inside. There’s a machine in the yard making quite a bit of noise when using water. This is because water is filtered or treated. Luckily you can turn this off at night so it won’t wake up everybody when you flush the toilet. Centrally located to all you might ever need but at the same time peaceful and quiet at night. We liked staying there a lot!

We arrived at nighttime and had no problem finding the house. Ilda sent videos to find it and that was very helpful! The house is in a perfect location. One minute walk to the beach, restaurants, bars and promenade. The house is located in the woods and far enough away, so you do not hear noise. The best part is the garden! A large patio with a stone grill, tables and chairs. A hammock for napping. A lot of room for everyone. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment. There was plenty of beach chairs, towels, etc. to use. Clear instructions for everything. I would highly recommend Ilda's home.

Pobyt bardzo udany, świetna villa I jeszcze lepszy gospodarz. Dawno nie trafiliśmy na kogoś tak kompetentnego, komunikatywnego i pomocnego. Polecam wszystkim

Jättefint boende, hotellkänsla och väldigt fräscht. Poolen var toppen och var trevligt att det fanns en utehögtalare som man kunde koppla till Bluetooth. Området i sig var väldigt privat vilket uppskattades, endast vi i hela byggnaden. Angela var snabb och trevlig när vi hade kontakt, gav rekommendationer och var tillmötesgående med en senare utcheckning, vilket uppskattades mycket. Huset är lite ifrån närmsta kuststad men endast 10 min ifrån med taxi. Man fick bara ha lite planering när man skulle handla. Var supertrevligt att det fanns en vedgrill, den nyttjade vi flera dagar och grillade både till lunch och middag. Rekommenderar detta boende starkt!

Nous avons logé 3 jours à 7 personnes. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. Le côté jardin permet de profiter du beau temps et les balcons offrent une vue incroyable sur Krujë et son château. Je recommande totalement ce logement si vous êtes un groupe.

Logement spacieux , fidèle aux photos Suela a été hyper réactive après un soucis d eau en moins de 20 mn le problème était réglé !! proche de l aéroport ( 15mn) , parking privé que demander de plus !! merci pour l accueil

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, et les instructions étaient claires et précises. L’accès autonome est un vrai plus, nous l’avons beaucoup apprécié. Malgré un quartier assez fréquenté et parfois chargé en voitures, nous n’avons jamais rencontré de problèmes d’accessibilité ou de stationnement. La maison est agréable, avec un petit jardin très pratique, tout comme la place de parking. La localisation est idéale : on évite facilement les embouteillages, et l’on profite d’un accès rapide au lac et au centre-ville, que l’on peut rejoindre aisément à pied. Merci encore à Artil pour son accueil et sa disponibilité !

J’ai passer un très bon séjour dans le logement logement agréable propre grand , 20mn du centre ville beaucoup de commerces à coté . N’hésitez pas très bonne hôte .

Мы отлично провели время в апартаментах Элоны. Очень уютная квартира , со всеми удобствами. Все в шаговой доступности. Невероятный закат!!!! Наслаждение завтракать и ужинать с таким видом.

The apartment is so spacious and pleasant. It is in the lively Don Bosco district but in a very quiet street. It's fully equipped, so you really don't lack anything! Violeta is very responsive and kind, it was a pleasure to stay here!

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! The artistic interior design made the space feel unique and welcoming. Everything was spotless and clearly well taken care of. All the appliances and equipment were high quality, which made the stay super comfortable. The location is also fantastic—just a short walk to the park, a grocery store, and a pharmacy. wir waren als eine gruppe von Freundinen bei Flamur und können die Unterkunft sehr weiter empfehlen man ist sehr zentral und hat genügend Platz in der Wohnung, ausserdem ist er jederzeit erreichbar und auch beim check-out lies er uns genügend Zeit bis 16:00 Uhr :) kommen gerne wieder zu ihm

Llazar is as cool as his appartment, we were 4 guys, we had a lot of place, we slept very well. The shower is very nice. I can only advise you to choose this flat !

I've stayed there for 3 day's. Everything was perfect. It is a very good location ( if you know Tirana) Apartment was clean, and has everything what you need.

Wir waren zu dritt in der Unterkunft und diese ist für uns wirklich optimal. Es gibt sehr viel Platz, viele Balkone und die Lage ist optimal. Das Zentrum ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar und trotzdem hat man etwas Ruhe

Wij zijn met 6 personen naar Kertushaj gereisd ,waar wij opgewacht werden door een zeer vriendelijke Artur. Het huis waar we in verbleven was meer dan fantastisch!!!! De slaapkamers waren super netjes met eigen badkamer, heel lux.Het zwembad was super heerlijk en het terras erbij heel gezellig, met mooi uitzicht! Over de hosts,Artur en zijn vrouw , hele vriendelijke gastvrij en behulpzame mensen. Ze hebben zelfs voor ons gekookt bij aankomst! Het is zeker een goede tip om ook hun eigengemaakte wijn te proeven. Al met al was het een super week in Albanië!

Highly suggested. The area is not too central but in 5 minutes by car you can be in the city center. The place itself is very good, clean and as shown in the pictures. The host was very helpful and responsive. When we arrived, there was a problem with the A/C and it was fixed within an hour or so. If you are looking for a nice place to stay and relax in Tirana, I would highly suggest to try this place.

Rovena is an amazing host! We spent a week at her house and it was the right choice for family holiday, the location is perfect- 2 min from the beach, there are markets, restaurants, cafes in walking distance. we enjoyed walking along the beach every evening. The house has everything you could possibly need, the communication was excellent- Rovena willingly and promptly answered all the questions we had! Strongly advise this villa for staying!

Stay was great! Flutra was very accommodating with all of our needs and helped us in every situation. Location is a bit difficult to access but other than that the stay is fantastic!

We had a great time and are definitively giving a deserved 5-star rating - but please be aware of a few things before you book: - there are only 4 double bed + 1 matress + 1 small folding bed - even though there is some equipment, the kitchen is not fully equipped for 10 guests and a few extras are missing like doormats - a few things are not well thought out (some windows cannot be opened completely and the whirlpool function in the pool does not work) - we had as much mosquito bites as never before in our lives, so better come prepared :) Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay, as the pool and the living room were perfect as well as having such a close distance to the beach. We got also offered to check-out later, so thank you very much!

Très belle maison , très grande avec 3 chambres deux salle de bain. Une très grande cuisine toute équipée . Un très beau extérieur , vue sur un canal .

The stay was super nice. Jurgen was very flexible with our arrival time. The apartment was fully equipped, very clean and super spacious. It was great to stay there even though our stay was very short. Jurgen was quick to respond to messages and they stay was overall very very good. Would definitely recommend!
