Everything was quiet wonderful! The host was very kind and helpful. A night under the stars is totally worth the trip.

Had a great weekend! Half an hour from Batumi, next to the river, around the picturesque mountains! There is a grill, for an additional fee there is a sauna and a swimming pool in the summer (not yet in season). The house is cozy, warm, in perfect condition, has everything you need.

It's one of the airbnbs which I definitely marked as my personal "top listings". The place you fall in love with just at the very moment you arrive and see the garden full of bright colorful flowers, trees and decorations. The place where the view is absolutely stunning: green mountains around, the ruins of Askana fortress in the distance, great sunsets. The house combines its authenticity with modern facilities, it's an old Georgian family house renovated with much love and care. There are all kinds of things you might need: a washing machine, a hairdryer, an iron, a stove, a big fridge and even a dishwasher. The bathroom is modern (a huge waterheater provided). The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need for cooking. The bedrooms are on the upper floor. There are 2 terraces where you can sit and observe all the beauty around. Mobile Internet is perfect for remote work. Special thanks to Rezo and his family for such a warm welcome and I definitely recommend their house!

My wife, our toddler, and I recently stayed at this charming Airbnb, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. From the moment we arrived, Irina and Sergie made us feel completely at home—they are truly lovely people who welcomed us with warmth and genuine hospitality. One of the highlights of our stay was Irina’s cooking. Every meal she prepared was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care. She even took the time to make sure our little one had something she enjoyed, which we really appreciated. The setting of the property is peaceful and serene, a perfect escape from the city. We loved the quiet atmosphere, which gave us a chance to slow down and really enjoy time together as a family. The house is equipped with all the necessary equipment.

I had a wonderful stay at this amazing house! The place is incredibly spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The private pool was a dream — perfect for relaxing any time of day. We also loved the outdoor BBQ area, which made for some great evenings with delicious food and good company. One of the highlights was the breathtaking view of the sea — absolutely magical, especially at sunrise and sunset. The area around the house is lush and green, creating a peaceful and private atmosphere that made our stay even more relaxing. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy bedrooms and fast Wi-Fi. If you plan to stay by the black sea in Georgia, Cottage Petra is one of the best choices. You can reach the beach within a 10-minute walk. Kohbuleti is nearby for restaurants etc. The cottage itself is super nice and comfortable, with all the comforts. You can cook well and eat on the balcony with beautiful views over the black sea. In the garden, you can also have a BBQ. The host and his family are very accommodating and kind. In short, a very unique and beautiful place.

The place was close to Batumi but also secluded enough in the mountains to wake up to a wonderful view right from the your bed, which was very tidy and the place was definitely cleaned very well. We also found more amenities than we expected which was pleasant surprise! Although we arrived late at night we were greeted by the host and helped to cottage where we felt right at home, the land is really beautiful and it was a treat to stay there and experience some of the activities in the area.
