Our newly built courtyard houses two identical holiday apartments. Each apartment has a small kitchen area, bathroom with shower, two beds, dining area, and a cosy corner. There's TV and wifi. Baby cot rental or extra guest bed available for children. Each apartment has a private terrace with evening sun and furniture. The farm is located in beautiful rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and sandy beach as well as the island's best fishing waters. Location 7 km from Sønderborg city center and only 1.5 km to the airport.

The old shoemaker's cottage by the castle lake

Welcome to the old shoemaker's cottage in Gråsten. Here you can spend the night in the shoemaker's old workshop - a charming cottage gently and rustically renovated with respect for the house's unique history and soul. From the garden, you can enjoy the view of the castle lake. The cottage is 56 m2 and contains an entrance hall, new kitchen, bathroom, living room and two bedrooms with a total of four beds. You have easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in the old town in the middle of Sønderborg. The apartment is a stone's throw from the city's cozy cafes and restaurants along the waterfront, shopping and shopping. Then the house is just the thing. The home is located by the beach and Gendarmstien. It has a large kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, and large garden with sunny terrace. It is only a few kilometers to the town of Broager with shopping. Price excludes electricity consumption: DKK 5.00 per kWh.

There is also an indoor bathroom, which is next to the mini house. You are welcome to use the backyard.
