It was a nice place for a family stay

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean and organized and we would love to stay here again!

It's not easy to describe our level of satisfaction with words. From the start to the end of our stay at this magical house everything worked out just perfectly fine and beyond our expectations. My family and I were extremely happy to stay there for 8 days and in the end, we didn't want to leave. It truly is a dream house. The massive and gorgeous garden has the most delicious fruits from apples to grapes and plums and many more. They don't use any chemicals and everything is organic there. We simply would walk down the garden and pick our favorite fruits and eat them. The beautiful and heated swimming pool was just amazing. We did swim during the day and also at night time. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the most relaxing spot to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee every morning. Every inch of the house is designed with love and passion with a traditional Armenian touch. Every room has its own unique feeling and the kitchen is perfectly equipped with anything you possibly need. We did barbecue almost everything night in the beautiful garden area right beside the pool. I can't emphasize enough how amazing of a place #Yerkirmylove is. I have to say the hosts and the staff were extra helpful and kind. They treated us like family and we couldn't believe how nice of a people they are. Every one of them are amazingly beautiful people. They even gave us an Armenian cellphone during our stay so we could easily have access to phone and internet everytime we went out in the city. To speak to an English speaking person all we had to do was press the speed dial and someone would answer in a second. If you're looking for a place to rejuvenate, relax and enjoy every single second of your time in Armenia, don't look further. This is it. I highly recommend.

Gagik was an incredible host from start to finish. He was always simply a call or text away and would message me how his guests are doing, if they need anything extra, a second set of keys, etc. He was an incredible host to my extended family. His house (more like mansion) is absolutely stunning & has insane amenities (tennis court, huge indoor pool, sauna room, steam room, jacuzzi, etc). My family loved coming back to the house and relaxing after a hot day in Yerevan. Thank you so much for making their first visit to Armenia so lovely and memorable.

Our group of 9 had a fantastic stay at Davit’s place! The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable, easily accommodating our large party. Davit was a wonderful host – very friendly, welcoming, and attentive to our needs. We loved using the clean sauna and large pool, and the grill was a great addition. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need, even for cooking for nine. Comfortable beds too! The house and yard is beautiful and clean. Highly recommended for larger groups looking for a great place with excellent amenities.

It was a great experience and I am very happy that I chose Liana’s house. House is very clean, beautiful and is exactly like in the pictures. Liana is a great host, very responsive and caring. The yard is very beautiful, and sitting outside in the evening with a cup of tea was a pleasure. Moreover, the nature is amazing, you can clearly see mountains from any corner of the house. Overall, it is a fantastic place to have a chill, peaceful and relaxing weekend out of the town! Will surely come back for another trip to Oshakan!

It was my first trip to Armenian in 33 years, and I wanted to find a place to relax and enjoy myself with my family. The description of the house was exactly as we saw. It. It is a little paradise outside of the town. The beautiful house, the outside pool, and the rest of the properties covered with fruit trees create a familiar and relaxing place. Both bedrooms on the property's second floor have the most fantastic view of the sunrise, and on the balcony, you can claim the rest of the valley.

The host is truly wonderful and helped us find a doctor for our sick child. She was always willing to respond to our questions and make our stay as pleasant as possible. The flat is comfortable and spacious. The area is quiet. 100% recommend.

Excellent large accommodation, with all amenities, not far from the airport. The host met us at the airport as dear guests, took us to the house. We ate at his cafe. I highly recommend staying in this house.

The property itself is impeccably clean and offers perfect space for a family of eight. Additionally, the charming rural environment is both safe and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat. The convenience of reaching the city center by taxi at a very reasonable price further enhances the appeal of this location. Overall, the combination of exceptional hospitality, excellent facilities, and a tranquil setting makes this an ideal choice for families and travelers alike.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Mane’s house in Yerevan. The 2-story house, with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably fitted our family of 6 adults and a 5-year-old boy. One of the bedrooms had a lot of kids’ toys, and our child slept in that room and absolutely loved it. He also enjoyed playing outside. The kitchen was beautiful and fully equipped. We also enjoyed the outdoor space - a high-fenced yard offering plenty of privacy. The outdoor dining area, mangal style grill, and the swing chair provided a perfect setting for relaxation. We even enjoyed late-season sweet grapes from the vine in the yard. Gated garage allowed us to park our minivan securely. The house is located a 10-15 minute drive from downtown, with grocery stores nearby. A small note: the road leading from the main road to the house is unpaved, curvy and a bit bumpy, but this didn’t detract from our experience. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend the house for anyone staying in Yerevan!

We have made a reservation at Alvard’s place at a very short notice after another reservation had fallen through. Alvard was very quick to respond, very kind, warm and welcoming. The house itself was even better (more spacious) than it appears in the photos. Even on in the midst of summer heat, it was pleasantly cool inside the house. While the location is not central and the street is quite noisy and dusty, the house windows look into the private yard with a little garden, so one can sleep at night undisturbed. And one can easily get to the city center by taxi in about 10-15 minutes.

Great place to stay very close the Garni Temple. Everything was totally new and totally clean. There was everything we needed, parking right outside the door and a friendly host. We surely recommend the place!

We had a great time at Anush's apartment. It is quiet, spacious, clean and offers a beautiful view of the garden and the city. Anush responded quickly and helped answer any questions that we had, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Note that the accommodation is located 15 minutes from the center with a climb, but that didn't bother us. We highly recommend this apartment!

We had a wonderful time in Yerevan thanks to the wonderful host Nikola! Nikol was an incredibly friendly and helpful person with whom all issues were resolved easily and quickly. The cabin was cozy, located in a quiet area with a lovely garden where we could enjoy our stay. Special thanks to Uncle Suren for fresh wildflowers and delicious cherries. This welcoming gesture made our stay even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay in Yerevan!

Armen made us feel like family ,his kindness and responsiveness was amazing . He never hesitated to respond to any of our needs day or night . The welcomed us with a delicious chocolate cake & fresh fruits on the table He often brought us fresh fruit & even gave a bottle of valuable Vodka to my husband as a gift . My husband is Lebanese Christian so he doesn’t speak Armenian but Armen being so educated was able to connect with him in English . Even his wife was so loving and attended to our needs beside her husband (because it was our first visit to Armenia we had a lot of questions LOL) The place in reality is far more beautiful than in the photos , new ,organized and clean . My husband and I would love to go back there for our next visit . I highly recommend it You want to feel you’re at Home? You will finally feel so at this beautiful place.

Zara & her family were so friendly and caring. We felt homely atmosphere during our stay. It had everything as described in the photos and descriptions. Overall we are quite satisfied with our stay. They can think of providing AC in the bedroom because we visited this place in hot summer and it was hot inside the bedroom. But they quickly assisted us by providing extra fan.

Vahe's place is excellent with every comfort a guest might need. I attended an event at the state university, so the location was perfect. It is an excellent budget option which I would highly recommend.

Amazing experience. Armine was exceptionally friendly, and always made sure I was comfortable during my stay. Super responsive and super kind, I even got to try homemade Armenian dolma! Entire family was very polite and respectful. House is in a great location, great views of Yerevan and grear value, plus the bus stop in front of the house is convenient. If I ever come back to Armenia I will absolutely stay again 💕💕

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment was nicely furnished and it had everything we needed for a very comfortable two-week stay (well equipped kitchen, washing machine, etc.). The hosts were extremely friendly. Hamlet was always quick to respond and very accommodative. The location is great as well, it's in a quiet neighborhood, at walking distance from the main square. There’re many small supermarkets nearby and a great bakery across the street. All in all, great experience. Would definitely recommend! PS: the fruit graden is amazing (the pomegranates were ripe at the time of our stay, they were delicious)!
