Step out for drinks on the large balcony with sweeping lake views or head down to the shoreline for sun and sand. Outside, enjoy easy water access via stone steps or a paved path leading to the boathouse – replete with a fire pit encircled by Adirondack chairs above - and expansive private dock. Whether it's water sports, trail riding, biking, hiking swimming, fishing, day trips to local area communities; fun will be had by all. This two bedroom can easily accommodate 8 people comfortably without feeling overcrowded. The driveway can accommodate 6 parked vehicles or up to 3 vehicles with trailers

There are stairs built in the side of the hill to a narrow path (path redone in Oct 2024 - pictured). New dock in 2026. Path may be difficult to navigate/inaccessible during winter months.

Private setting in the woods close to Phelps. Great for hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, skiing, and snow shoeing or just hanging out with friends and family. A full bathroom with shower. 2 bedrooms with 2 queen size bunk beds sleeps 8. Pets welcome, especially hunting dogs. A circle driveway that accommodates 2 or more boat or snowmobile trailers. We even had a trucker with a 53 foot trailer park here.
