Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Eagle-Vail, Eagle County

We were very happy with our one-night stay here. With five of us, it was great to have space to spread out and cook, especially compared to the pricey, crowded hotels in Glenwood Springs. Also, the owner was kind enough to let us know we left something and they put it out for us to pick up on our way back. We'd definitely stay here again if we return to this part of Colorado.

We had a fantastic stay and the house is amazing. The experience lived up to the pictures and reviews - the property is spacious, modern and well appointed. It ticks all the boxes required for a great holiday. Check in / communication was all smooth and we had no issues with anything during the trip.

Tracey's apartment was the perfect base camp for a ski with my partner. It's in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood but still convenient to all the resorts in the area. Furnishings were recent and well-maintained, and having access to a laundry machine was very helpful. Blackout curtains in the bedroom made for great sleep!

Just like the photos - great place to stay! Super close to town. Easy walk into town, uphill on the way back but very easy to call an uber. The hot tub was great and secluded in the woods. We had a great time!

The place is just as shown in the pictures, it’s a great lay out for a family of four. The full size kitchen had everything you need & more. Curtis is a great host, super responsive and answered all our questions! The bus stop to Avon Station/beaver creek gondola is a quick walk from the condo. The yard is great for dogs, and the pull out couch mattress is memory foam- super comfortable for the kids. Towel warmer & large shower is a plus too. Curtis worked with us and moved up check-in an hour (based on house cleaner availability). Overall the place is quiet, clean and has a minimalist decor that adds to the charm!

We stayed here for a family vacation. It was a lovely home and we had a great time! We would recommend this home to anyone at any time of year! We will for sure be back.

This house is an absolute gem! Nestled in the middle of the mountains and surrounded by snow, it felt like we had stepped into a winter fairytale. The location is unbeatable—secluded yet accessible, offering the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The house itself is incredibly spacious, with more than enough room for our group to spread out and relax. Every detail of the home is thoughtfully designed, from the cozy furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to feel at home. The highlight of our stay, however, was the stunning views. Every window offered a picture-perfect panorama of snow-covered trees and majestic peaks. Waking up to those views was pure magic! The living area was the perfect place to unwind by the fireplace while soaking in the beauty outside. We also loved exploring the surrounding trails and coming back to this cozy retreat. I highly recommend this house to anyone seeking a peaceful, luxurious mountain escape. We’ll be back!

Big Slice of Heaven in Breckenridge. Our family just adored Sarah’s place. We travel a lot and have been to some incredible places, this one was by far the BEST. My husband, a man of very few words, kept walking around telling me how fantastic he thought the place was. Our extended family and little grandchildren had the best time playing games, doing puzzles, playing in the snow and swimming in the hot tub. The kitchen is a dream and outfitted better than my own. I have every Williams Sonoma gadget available. Sarah provided all that and in duplicate. What an awesome place! Enjoy the view—it’s heavenly

This was the second time the my teenage daughter, dad, and I stayed at Kris and Karen’s place for a multi-day ski trip. It works perfectly for our needs.

We loved the place. The views from the balcony was awesome. We made the drive to Independence pass and it was great. there are plenty to do around. Overall a grat stay.

Michael’s place is beautiful and comfortable. Also very quiet despite being in an apartment building. The inside stands out, but it’s the amazing view of Dillon reservoir that takes the cake. I would definitely be back and would also recommend.

I want to rent this place every year. We had a fantastic experience. The thing that sets this place apart is the staff in the building. It's like staying in a hotel room with all the amenities of a front desk staff that's there 24/7, and more! The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive. And they cleaned the entire unit for us every single day! That was honestly one of the best parts. Plus, there's a free ski valet where they grab your gear as soon as you walk off of the gondola and hand it back to you at the same location the next morning. A beautiful heated pool and TWO outdoor hottubs at the base of the beautiful mountain really took this spot to the next level. Will definitely be back!

I am currently working in Avon Monday through Thursday. Come home to Denver Thursday night. The place I had before wasn't nearly as comforting. I felt much more comfortable here. Super easy to get into and Amy left very detailed instructions on entering the unit and parking. Nottingham lake is right outside the door. It was wonderful to get off work and go for a run or go fishing. Beautiful scenery. The shower was big and had 3 heads. Absolutely incredible. The washer and dryer are amenities that I seek out. I appreciate having them so that I can pack clean clothes. They are loud appliances tho, so if you are a light sleeper do your laundry during the day. I'll be staying here again when I get back from vacation!

the house was comfortable, the surroundings were nice, and the common hot tub after skiing was great. the house had some minor glitches, but the space is well used and the sleeping space is very nice. I'd say, ideal for a family of four or two couples with a kid. the beds are; two queens and two twins (a couch and a bed under the couch)

Stayed a few days in this lovely home in early June. It was well equipped, clean and the natural view of Vail, CO from the terrace and windows were awesome! It was great seeing the mountain and slopes behind Vail Village while enjoying breakfast and coffee. And the home is in a quiet, walkable neighborhood, with the big plus being close to the town center as well as a short drive to either West or East Vail. And walk/bike trails like Gore Creek (easy) or Berrypicker (more challenging) are less than 10 minutes away! We definitely enjoyed the home and Vail. Thanks Emily!!!

We really loved staying at Chantal’s quiet home. It’s close enough to the village to have easy access, but also far enough that the location feels truly peaceful, private, and quiet. Her place was amazingly well-stocked with everything we needed to do some light cooking, stay comfy during the night with a humidifier, and do laundry.

Great stay at a cute little spot. So walkable to downtown. Denise was a great host, very responsive and helpful!

I stayed here for a week while working remotely and skiing, Tyler’s place was absolutely a dream! Super quiet, conveniently located within Summit County, and it felt like a wildlife and mountain getaway. The view from the apartment is stellar and there were moose and birds visiting every day. Super appreciated the comfortable bed, couch, a workstation, and even a heated bidet! Would stay here again 10/10.

Such a great place. Right on the river, beautiful view, walkable - awesome. There were two of us, but the place was plenty large for four of my family. There is no air conditioning, but the nights are cool, keep the curtains shut in the morning, and use a fan to blow in cool air - perfect. We kept the windows and screen door open all the time and the temperature was great. Full size kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. Easy walk to trails, restaurants, shopping, and bars. Plus there is parking! Will be back.

Awesome place and great value! Mark was very communicative and helpful. Place was fantastic: Well furnished, clean, good amenities, no surprises. A little difficult to find the actual location and spot but once we did it was great. The only minor knock is that if you are looking for a place that is directly "bordering woods and creek", you have to walk a bit to get there. Otherwise, nice views of the mountains and backyard. Would highly recommend!

Kristin's place was super cozy, modern and clean — just like the listing described. It’s right by the lake with amazing views, and the house had everything we needed for our trip. Welcome gift was a nice touch! The kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was great — walking distance to a lot of Dillon attractions and really close to Silverthorne too. Kristin was super responsive and helpful with our needs. We'd definitely recommend staying here. Hope to come back again!
