Family-friendly holiday rentals in Earnscleugh

Travelling with family of 6 plus grandparents. Was a great stay and 5-10 mins from airport and 5-10mins from town depending on traffic. The layout was good for us as we could stay upstairs while the grandparents had the self contained unit downstairs. The main living room was great and had a big window that captured the views amazingly. The outside had a nice little outside space with table and chairs and great on the couple of sunny days. The hottub was good on our ski days and overlooked the water which was nice. The property was clean and functional and had the basics. The bedrooms were on the smaller side but was fine for that style and time of building. One thing to keep in mind is that the driveway is a little harder to get down coming from the south if you have a long wheel base. This is due to the orientation of the hairpin corner. It sometimes hard to get out from during busy times if heading south as you cannot clearly see around the corner and can be dangerous.

Great place to stay. Nice views and a well equipped kitchen. Some of the pictures were more flattering/spacious than the actual space. Overall was a great stay. The spa pool was a great addition and fit 4 adults.

Awesome walking location to all Arrowtown main st . Spa was well received after golf and biking activities . Outdoor lounge is great under cover for summer rains and comfy. Everything you need here . We loved it .

We unknowingly booked during the Easter holiday, meaning Queenstown was EXTRA crowded. This location was close enough to be able to explore Queenstown while still being able to escape the packed city when we wanted to. Excellent jumping off point for adventuring with homey amenities to recover afterwards. We had a miscommunication about the hot tub and the hosts were so quick to rectify! Really enjoyed our stay, including the relaxing hot tub, and appreciated the responsiveness and local recommendations from our hosts. One of my favorite stays in New Zealand!

Stu’s guesthouse was a lovely getaway in New Zealand! Close to Queenstown, ZQN airport, and to many outdoor activities. Very peaceful and private, soft linens, and felt right at home. It’s clear that this is not a cookie cutter Airbnb, but a real guesthouse, and it shows in the fit and finish of the property, and Stu’s helpful and kind approach to hosting. I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Had a great time, right on the Otago rail trail bike track, a few kms ride from town. Place was clean and tidy.

We had a great stay at Wendy’s place! It was the perfect size for the 3 of us and was in such a great location. Even though it’s right next to the airport, it’s very quiet. Thank you Wendy!

Totally recommend this place 10/10! Such a beautiful house, amazing views and garden, lots of activities to do at home. The house has every thing we needed. Perfectly clean and has unique feature. We would come back to stay here again if we visiting Queenstown again. And Deborah also is very kind to greet us and show us around.

We have stayed in over 35 Airbnb‘s all over New Zealand in the world and this is one of the most beautiful million dollar views and beautiful homes and greatest Host that we have ever stayed with. I would recommend this as my favorite Airbnb that I have ever stayed it’s perfect for families that are large or even small groups. It’s an incredible garden in view unlike any other and the house has absolutely everything you need.

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was comfortable, warm and convenient. We had 3 adults stay and the space was used very well. Great amenities in the kitchen. Bathroom was clean. Great stay overall.

Fantastic location, clean and tidy. Lovely and warm on cooler evenings. So handy being 2 minutes walk to the Cadrona pub for dinner.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Scott and Teresa’s and would definitely stay again. The living space and kitchen area is big with more than enough room for our family of four. The bedrooms are big enough for suitcases and moving around, comfy beds and bathrooms great. A lovely gas fireplace, heaters in two of the bedrooms and beds had electric blankets. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and only a short walk into Arrowtown or across to Millbrook.

Accomodation was extremely comfortable, clean and warm. We were lucky to have snow in the valley while we were there. Perfect location within walking distance to the Cardrona Hotel for amazing meals. Lisa was wonderful to communicate with. Great value for the comforts of home.

We had such a beautiful stay. The house was as listed and both the kids and adults enjoyed the amenities. Georgia was incredibly helpful and responsive. We would love to come back here.

Ann’s property was peaceful, clean and charming. She was also very hospitable and made us feel right at home from the get go. She gave us great recommendations for local activities, all of which we thoroughly enjoyed. The check in process was seamless and communication couldn’t be faulted. The hot tub was a particular treat and gave us a little slice of luxury! We would highly recommend staying at Ann’s property and will no doubt return when we return to the area.
