Beachfront holiday rental in East Africa

The villa was beautiful . Amazing staff . Levis went above and beyond . He was always happy to help us . The chef Fondo’s food was a brilliant. we enjoy every meal he produced.

We had a wonderful 4 days in Maud's house, with my family and our 2 dogs (large and small). Maud welcomed us so well. 🙏🏿 The access to the beach from the house was just great. The house, the rooms, the kitchen and the outside were great! It was our first vacation in an AIR BNB and we would like to thank Maud from the bottom of our hearts for allowing us to have this beautiful experience with our family and our dogs.❤️🍀

The house is a little paradise overlooking the Creek and mangrove. all rooms are amazing and Chef Henry's food was excellent. I would recommend it without a doubt

It was amazing 🤩✨ The garden is really a little paradise, it was hard for us to leave The place to calm down and relaxing ❤️ it's super private, just Forrest and Ocean around you Abdu and Daud ("housekeeping") are also super friendly and always there if you have a question. We really would recommend the place if you want to take some time for you and your loved ones ❤️

This rental home is probably one of the most unique that we have ever experienced. Incredible natural beauty, gorgeous views, refreshing outdoor bathrooms, etc. Felt like we are in nature while having the luxuries of civilization. Truly a memorable stay. Dave and his crew are helpful and accommodating. If we ever get out to Tofo again, we would love to stay here for an even longer duration.

Che bellezza! Debra's gorgeous flat is precisely how it looks in the photos: airy, spacious, clean, quiet, with a beautiful view of the beach. What's more, my partner and I ran into an issue at the airport and had to push our trip back a day—and I've never known an AirBnB host to be more empathetic or responsive. Then there's Jackson. More than a caretaker, Jackson is deeply kind and hugely helpful host—a priceless concierge. With unfailing calm and charm, Jackson sorted us out with a tuktuk driver (request Salim!), an incredible chef (request Francis!), and when we left something behind, went above and beyond to have it shipped to Nairobi. AirBnB is full of magical properties, and I've been blessed to enjoy a fair few, but the experience that Jackson offers at Debra's flat in Malindi is one of a kind.

We lived our stay at the White House cottage. It exceeded our expectations and we would love to return. We are a family of four and it was perfect. The staff was so warm and helpful. Definitely hire the local chef recommendation. We had delicious food in the convenience of our own veranda looking at the ocean. The location right on the beach with the private, expansive grounds was perfect. The house has incredible views and is extremely comfortable. I highly recommend. If you have a big group, try to rent the White House next door and have an amazing holiday with family or friends.

Thank you Pwani Luxury for allowing my family and I to utilize your accommodation during our visit to Mombasa. This host was always responsive and willing to accommodate any requests that we had. The place was simply beautiful and worth every penny spent. Anyone in need of a relaxing place with a beautiful view should consider this accommodation.

Absolutely loved our stay which was unfortunately for 1 night only. The property was beautiful and cottage incredibly cozy for our group. Look forward to coming back again and staying longer!

The location of the house is well located 5 min drive from Trou aux deiches beach and the supermarket. The house is very nice and friendly! The garden overlooks a beach (not for swimming) and sea view is beautiful The hospitality is top 👍🏼 efficiency flexibility and tips, we followed all the recommendations and we just had an unforgettable vacation! We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home — spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped. The bedrooms were cool and comfortable thanks to the air conditioning and fans, making nights by the beach relaxing and restful. The housekeeper Sylvia and the chef truly made our stay unforgettable. Their warmth and attention to detail made the house feel like home, and by the end of the trip, they genuinely felt like part of the family. The house has everything you need, including beach towels for both the semi-private pool and the beach, which is just a few steps away. Getting around was easy — we hopped on a tuk-tuk to explore the town and visit places like Stiltz, where we even got to feed bush babies! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily return in a heartbeat.

Gopi and Mina the house care takers were very helpful a d they gave a good tour of the house and explained how everything works.

Stéphanie and her team were incredible, very responsive and even helping to set up a surprise birthday welcome for my husband on our arrival. Blue Bay is a dream and this house only adds to it - luxe, easy, and with the lagoon right out your door. Very well set up for kids and families with lots of nice touches. Only drawback is that you're right in the flight path of the airport, which scared our toddler until he got used to it - but luckily the flights don't really go at night so you're not disturbed. Would definitely recommend and hope to return!

We discovered our Eden, where the reality of the place exceeds the listing description. A beautiful discovery with a perfect balance between the modernity of the amenities, the design and the perfect harmony of the place with its natural environment (tropical fauna and flora) around the theme of eco-responsibility. The view from the outdoor terrace is breathtaking and transports us to a waking dream. As for the hosts, Karl and Salha, it's hard to do better. Always attentive, trying to find solutions to make our stay easier and what responsiveness. Perfect communication and additional services offered to further improve the experience (driver, local guide, cook, home massage, car rental brought directly to the accommodation...). In short, the best compromise between the services of a palace and the tranquility in the well-being of a private rental. We didn't want to leave, little paradise

Wow could not recommend this little bungalow on Nosy Komba more! It was paradise!!! Beautiful views of the water from the private balcony. Lots to do on island like explore local villages, boat tours to nosy Iranja or nosy Tanikely, hike to summit of the island, visit neighboring hotel, snorkel, ect. Olivier was incredible and so responsive and helpful. The staff Lina and Mondy were so kind and hospitable! We absolutely loved it! Hope to return one day!

This villa is just a dream. Maxime did an awesome job with the interior design of the property, the outdoor part, and everything else! Maxime was always easy to reach and very quick to reply with helpful information. Sheila is also such a nice person who cleans the house and cooks delicious food for you if you want to. We can recommend this place 100%!!

Casa di Lilli is a gem! Our stay at Elisabetta's beautiful house beat all of our expectations. The location is fantastic! It is a real beach house with a wonderful deck and amazing view of the beach and sea. A perfect place where we could unwind, relax and swim in the wonderful sea. The house is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated, well taken care of and very clean. Good kitchen and kitchen utensils if you want to cook your own food. Several good and nice restaurants are right next door. Throughout the stay, we were incredibly well taken care of by Theresa, a wonderful woman who cleaned and tidy for us and was always available if we needed anything, thank you for your care! A huge thank you to Abdul for your help arranging things for us and fixing what we needed help with, as well as nice and informative conversations! Thank you Elisabetta for letting us stay in your lovely house and for a consistently very good communication! We wish we will sometime come back to this paradise. Thank you!

Beautiful apartment, exceeded our expectations! Freddie out on site host was friendly and attentive, always on hand if we needed anything- offering extra towels for our little girl when needed etc. A wonderful stay overall. A car is a must in this location but as we had one this was not a problem at all, lots of restaurants are in driving distance along with plenty of other beaches and local shops if required.

Steeve is incredibly helpful and hospitable. He drove us several times without asking for anything in return. During our stay, Steeve gave us many helpful tips on activities and restaurants. He showed us many local things and his own garden. We were able to reach him throughout and he attaches great importance to being a good host for his guests. We'd love to come back to Steeve!
