Condo holiday rentals in East Africa

We really enjoyed how this airbnb wasn't in a tourist area. Beautiful views and great facilities. We felt having a car rental was useful, shopping center 5 mins away as well as lots of day trips. Also using the free kayaks and making the most of a home cooked meal from Ganesh on the last night was a treat. Daily room turn down was a plus also.

Jayson and the Key Island team were phenomenal! We had an incredible stay from start to finish. After 25 hours of travel, being granted early check-in was a huge relief and truly appreciated. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and fully equipped with everything our family needed to feel right at home. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We had an amazing time at Villa Rousseau! Alison was helpful, kind and welcoming and Vanessa went above and beyond to make us feel at home! The apartment is very clean, well maintained and comfortable. The view is breathtaking! We rented a car (with Alison’s help) and it was delivered directly to the Villa. We would highly recommend this stay!

We had a wonderful week with the family in La Gaulette. The apartment is spacious, very well furnished and decorated with great taste. It feels like home! The view from the terrace is simply incredible and allows you to enjoy magnificent sunsets! Comfortable bedding, regular cleaning, close to a hotel service, high class. 🤩 Communication with Stephanie was very easy, the information and recommendations provided were always useful. Thank you Stephanie for your kind welcome, we hope to be back soon! 😍

Overall, this place is lovely. Very modern, clean and quiet, despite being in the center of the town. We stayed during a long weekend and enjoy this nice, little green oasis. However, few things to improve/keep in mind: - the wifi was VERY unreliable and the connection was dropping off constantly. Not a big deal per se, but might be frustrating if internet is needed for work calls, etc. - there’s no tea of coffee available in the apartment. Would be good to have some basics like this ready for the guests. - the mattres was way too hard for us, and the pillows were too small to enjoy a good night’s sleep.

We loved staying here as the views were amazing and apartment just like the photos having everything one would need. I would highly recommend staying when in Pretoria.

The place totally exceeded our expectations, infinity pool was just incredible, we ended up using it every evening while watching the sunset. The flat was really high quality, every little detail was thought through. Also kitchen had everything you could possibly need, like really everything. Martine was lovely and always quick to help if anything came up, and the staff were so friendly and polite. Also what surprised us a lot was that they cleaned the flat every day which we never seen in Airbnbs. Great value for money, would 100% come back.

Nadia’s studio is private, cosy and very clean. We loved having our own space for the duration of our holiday and Nadia’s place was perfect. It was close enough for us to walk to the beach and restaurants and close enough to walk to local markets for fruit and vegetables. We enjoyed being able to cook in the space and eat on the balcony when we wanted to. In addition, Nadia was so helpful and kind to us during our stay. She was always quick to respond to any questions and was helpful in giving advice on the best excursion choices and helping organising transport to various places. We would definitely stay at Nadia’s again if we return to Nosy Be.

Marylise, is a very nice person, very accommodating in terms of schedules. Very clean apartment, nothing to complain about, very nice with the pool among others. I would highly recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Elodie's place! From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was easy, and the space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed but still quiet and peaceful. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience in Diani. Would definitely come back!

Susan’s place is a true gem. The beds were comfortable, always hot water and power, well equipped kitchen and a gorgeous pool and patio. Even niceties I dint expect like security cameras, house cleaning and a quality washing machine. You have all you need to live there autonomously. Next door is a great pizza place w vegan pizza and cocktails! Notes for families: the beach that is directly outside of Susan’s compound is not family friendly nor good for swimming (trash and khat chewers). But the cleaner swim able beach is just a 8 min Tuk Tuk ride away. Worth the distance to have such a gorgeous condo! The pool was shallow enough for my 5 yo to stand w her head above water but a short child or a younger child couldn’t stand. There is no “kiddie pool”

This place is very nice! It is beautiful, the on site staff are very helpful and it’s very centrally located in Vic Falls. As it turns out, Google locations/ addresses in Vic falls are a mess, but if you type Eagle House, both google and all the locals will point you right to it. Everyone in town knows Eagle House is number 755. This place is great for staying a few days or even longer, highly recommended!

Staying at Lydia’s place was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and kindness. She was physically present when I checked in , ensuring that the cleaner and handymen were on top of their duties. The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and had all the amenities I needed to feel at home. The light in the apartment is phenomenal. When I had a challenge with the washing machine, Lydia went above and beyond to ensure that it was sorted within a short time. The shower is amazing!!!!! The attention to detail in every aspect of the home made my trip unforgettable. I highly recommend her place and hope to stay here again.

View is amazing from the room and the pictures don’t do justice. It’s way more beautiful than pictures on airbnb. Property is very well managed. Everything you need is in pristine condition and well maintained. Rooms are also squeaky clean. Doris is very warm,welcoming and friendly host. Extra credit to her for helping us out at the time of checkin and throughout our stay. It really helped us a lot as we had an overnight journey and were very tired. I would love to stay here again on my next visit to seychelles as well just because of the host and the view from our Ocean villa. Love from India.

Claudines house is amazing. It has all the facilities you could need for your stay and is very peaceful and private. The pool is great and the staff you see working around the property are kind and nice to speak with. The whole space inside is incredible, spotlessly clean and also perfectly designed. I’d recommend this to anyone staying in Kigali who wants a place to relax.

Wendy has an absolutely amazing two bedroom apartment in upmarket Kileleshwa Nairobi. This place is in an amazing location, the apartment is in pristine condition with absolutely everything that an International Visitor needs, the facilities function efficiently, from hot water to wifi everything works well without glitches. The bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen has all the facilities you need to host a home cooked meal. The view from the balcony of Kileleshwa is phenomenal. I would highly recommend Wendy's place to travellers looking for a great place to stay in Nairobi. Well done Wendy and team for the high standards, keep it and we will keep supporting your business. Absolutely stunning place and so peaceful. The condo looked exactly the same as in the pictures and it was worth the amount we paid and more. The place was clean, smelled amazing, and I liked the black aesthetic furniture that they had in the house. My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay there and we will definitely come back in spring to enjoy the pool😅

Franca's apartment is tastefully furnished, airy and with a sea view, as in the photos. The garden, pools and beach are a jewel...quiet and relaxing. Franca is a careful and thoughtful host, ready to give excellent advice on excursions, restaurants etc. Really super recommended!
