Every day, I go to a different place, such as Hakuba, Matsumoto, Narai-juku, Togakushi, Azumino, Omachi, and even Hida Takayama. In the evening, I return to the same inn and relieve my fatigue in the sauna. Please use it as a base for your leisurely trip around Nagano. You can also come by public transportation, but having a car is more convenient. This Taisho-era house, once a shop, home, and storehouse, is now a guesthouse. We can share its history if you are interested. Some original items remain. The storehouse is now a small sake bar.
