The surroundings are naturally quiet, with birds chirping, insects chirping, frogs chirping, and the scent of gardenia, and at night, the backyard looks up at a large starry sky. The owner does not live with you, and the rooms in the house have a separate entrance. The shared living room on the first floor is exclusive to guests, and can be a café, a night bar, and a space to enjoy breakfast. You can order a cup of coffee to listen to music, read, work online, do yoga, and enjoy the laziness of the peninsula. In the evening, you can order a glass of natural wine or cocktail, or use the projector on the first floor to watch a movie. 2 minutes walk to the alley, there is a bus stop (Maanshan Station), cold drink shop, buffet restaurant, izakaya, grocery store, pharmacy, and laundromat.
