Holiday rentals with beach access in East Bay Township

This place was perfect! We were in town for a family wedding and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Very clean and comfy and just a 10 second walk from shops, ice cream, and restaurants! Woulda definitely stay again! The homemade brownie mix was an extra special touch!

It was a beautiful setting. Attached to the winery but on the back side so we had privacy too.

I absolutely loved my stay at this charming studio! It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing solo retreat. The setting is incredible - right on the water. The views were breathtaking, especially at sunrise, and the private sandy beach made it feel like a hidden oasis. The landscaping is gorgeous , and the beachfront seating, fire pit, and beach toys made it easy to unwind and enjoy. The patio was a perfect spot to relax with a view and peaceful atmosphere. The owners were so kind and welcoming. It felt tucked away, yet still close to everything. Truly the best of both worlds. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, and relaxing stay with stunning setting.

Great stay in an adorable, walkable town. Plenty to do, great food and drinks in a beautiful location on the bay. Would highly recommend and would revisit. Perfect stay.

My partner and I’s stay at Jeffrey and Holly’s suite was outstanding. The space felt incredibly homely, with cozy decor and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was spotless and well-equipped with snacks, coffee, beach amenities, you name it - and we loved using their kayaks for exploring Silver Lake. They were friendly and provided smooth check-in instructions. The price for the area far beats any hotel we could have booked considering how comfortable, clean, and private the unit was. As other reviews said, mechanical noises and footsteps can be heard, but this did not bother us at all. We loved this unit so much, we will probably check the availability for our next trip to TC. This was hands down the best AirBNB we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

Love, love, LOVE this little apartment! It was so homey and cute. Handicap accessible, which is a must for us on this trip. My SIL could easily navigate her mechanical chair through the area as it was so open. The beds ended up being too high to move my SIL in and out of, but the pull out couch was perfect height. All the beds were so comfortable- we all commented on how it was the best sleep we’ve all had in a while. Stacey was super awesome to work with and quickly responded to messages. Easy check in process. And, we could walk to the softball tournament. The only bummer is that we didn’t have enough time to walk to the art fair next door. We walked to the park, walked to get ice cream & Starbucks- great location! Strict 10pm “quiet time” was a non-issue: we were so tired every night, we went straight to bed. This is the best stay for Traverse City. The location is the absolute best. Everything you want to do in the city is walkable. The parking spot was right across the street and if you wanted to rent additional spots it was very easy to do. Highly recommend!

Perfect location and a wonderful host! Far enough away from downtown for privacy, but close enough where it’s easy to get to everything (downtown Traverse City, Old Mission wineries, etc) also there’s a very nice walking path in the back, which is a great way to start the morning. Highly recommend!

Fantastic home! We loved everything about this place. Lots of space for our family of six. House was clean, stocked with lots of amenities. Linens, towels, board games, books, kitchen supplies.. We loved the beautiful view, deck, fire pit, dock, paddle board and kayak. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Shannon’s place is awesome. For the money and what’s offered with the house, you can’t really ask for a better stay. Super close to downtown and walking distance but don’t have to deal with the downtown craziness. Has everything you need and for a great price.

Where do I start… this was the perfect getaway for myself, my husband and our fur baby. The house was exactly as described and is placed in the most peaceful neighborhood - while also being minutes away from everything Traverse City has to offer! Ramy is the most wonderful host; answering all our questions and suggesting some great local spots as well. We felt immediately at ease and truly could enjoy our vacation thanks to Ramy and this perfect lil home. We hope to be back next time we visit Traverse City! ☺️

We cannot say enough good things about your stay & Beth! My family was in town for our wedding & Beth was more than accommodating with early check in so we could get things going! While I had a busy weekend as the bride, Beth sent multiple messages checking in on us & letting us know if we needed anything to just reach out! Even my mother mentioned how amazing that the home had everything stocked & we didn’t need to bring a thing! Something that not every Airbnb offers. The home looked right out at the water, it was updated and such stunning features, lots of spacious areas & rooms, and truly the perfect place to reset during a busy weekend! We hope to stay with Beth at this stunning home again on our next trip to Traverse!

We were impressed by the comfort and welcome of the little red cabin. The hosts were wonderful, amenities plentiful and the cabin was cozy. We very much enjoyed the fire pit and the rocking Adirondack chairs. The outdoor space allowed us to soak up the sun and gain a quiet break from the city life. Easy to drive around this area + we really enjoyed our time spent at the cabin cooking meals and spending time with our dog (it was so amazing that there were bowls there for him). The location was perfect for us. We look forward to returning for another future visit.

Everything was exactly as described, easy to find with clear instructions to get in, and perfectly dog friendly! Flat sheets were even provided to cover the furniture for our pup so all of us felt right at home. The fenced in backyard and where the hot tub was placed were the best part for us. Our dog was able to zoom around while we relaxed in the hot tub. The motion sensored lights allowed us to always see where she was and we felt safe knowing the property was securely fenced in for her to enjoy. We will definitely be back. Thank you Amanda!

A clean, cozy, well decorated space that had everything we needed and then some. Peaceful area, close to lake. We really felt at home and enjoyed ourselves. Chip makes everything clear and easy. Great host.

We could not have been happier with our stay. The location is perfect and the accommodations made our young family feel at home. Just about everything was walkable, including Clinch Park, and the parking garage and path to the condo was stroller friendly. Would definitely want to stay here again the next time we’re in town. Natalia clearly has paid attention to every detail to make the stay relaxing and comfortable.

We had a wonderful weekend stay. The condo is in a great location. Saturday morning we took an easy walk along the lakeshore to the downtown farmers market. We were able to easily walk from front street business district to the condo as well. We will definitely come back to this condo on our next visit to TC!

We really enjoyed our stay! This was our first time staying in the Commons complex, and we were super pleased with the ease/convenience. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was relaxing and exactly what we needed. The walk to the water was short and easy, giving us great views of the sunset.

In our experience, it's always rare to find a place that lives up to the hype of the description, however in this case, The Nest exceeded the already great expectations as described. Sure, the photos do the best they can to capture the view that is afforded to guests, but walking into the living room and seeing the view is breathtaking. You'll quickly find yourself trying to decide between taking the time to explore the town of Frankfort (which is great), or spending all your time on the balcony taking in the views. It truly was a welcoming accommodation, and we felt at home immediately. Everything you need is available, and we were very surprised by how large the bedroom was. it was our first time to Northern Michigan, and we cannot wait to return. Charlie and Suzy's location will be the first place we check for availability when we do!
